I had new laptop set up, 2 older Dells cleaned & tuned up, free webroot on all.

I am pleased with my purchase. The price was affordable. It meets my needs perfectly.

A diagnostic was performed on my hard drive - results were accurate and expeditious.

I needed a diagnostic for insurance claim and the geek squad did just that.

It was well worth paying to have all my files transferred to our new desktop.

After a windows update...my computer would not get to the logon screen...Geek Squad reinstalled my computer (even with a back-up) I lost a lot of data). The computer was just outside the warranty. It took them an hour to diagnose (while I waited in the store) and a day to reinstall.

GEEK Squad did a great job I was very happy with their service.

Had problem with laptop and so was not able to even try remote connection to Geek Squad. Took to store to have physical connection. Geek Squad rep determined it needed hands on checking. Ended up had to have reinstall of operating system. When could not find multiple things on laptop after "repair" was done, Geek Squad techs walked through every level necessary to help me recapture my files. They did great work even though it took 4 techs together working on the problem.

Took 5 trips to get things done right. All of the agents were very pleasant and apologetic.

Initially, I was very impressed with the young guy. I believe his name was Nate and his knowledge and his care. But I was upset because the initial recommendation that he made to the tech did not get done by the tech long story short they did not do what he suggested and so it didn’t work but yet they still sent me home with the computer that they told me worked and it didn’t. I went back a second time same thing they mentioned that they would fix it sent me home we get home five minutes later still an issue third time I go back and then they tell me my computer is basically toast, I am upset because I wasted my time but I bought the $179 program which I believe is going to serve me but after this customer service and sort of lack of know how I’m a little bit un optimistic
