went in to get my computer looked at cause I didn't have time to. They told me it was mechanical issues and will cost 75% of what I originally paid for it which was around $3800. I said no went home warehouse I worked at had to close for the day because of something that happened so I had time to look at it for once took me 2 hours to figure it out and it was a software issue and I originally told them at the beginning that I'm pretty sure it was software and it still works till this day 6/25/2023

Very poor service. I gave my laptop for repair. After few days, I was told that my laptop got repaired, working and ready to pick up. When I went to pick up, laptop was not working. All Geek suqad people were confused on who repair and what is the problem. Finally they said that hard drive needs to be replace. I ended up paying lots of money at the end. I do NOT recommend this service. I would rather send my laptop to manufacturer for repair.

I bought this membership because I needed help with my PC and they told me what was wrong with it. I will now be using this membership for any problem I have with any of my electronics. Although they do not fix the problem in some cases I definitely think it is worth the cost.

I've brought in three laptops so far and every time I have done so the service is great. Everyone part of the geek squade has been so helpful and very straightforward with services, products, and procedures. Also, the membership is definitely worth it!

I always get great service at this location and I keep coming back. All 3 of my computers are running great and it is thanks to you. I always get great insights and options. I am very happy.

Poor job of removing virus from my computer for almost $300.00,s i expected a much more better job!!!

James was very patient and answered all my questions and addressed all issues. He was alone at the counter and there were quite a few customers. He handled all of us with a great attitude.

it was fix but lost most of my songs and some important apps

Geeksquad are a bunch of friendly employees, willing to take on each project no matter the difficulty. I had the pleasure of being assisted with my computer, and they were so kind and helpful.

Brought in my son's Desktop. It would start and then shut down. I assumed it was the Power Supply. The Geek Squad did a quick preliminary check and also thought it may be the Power Supply or the Mother Board. After a couple of weeks, I returned to pick it up. They confirmed it was indeed the Power Supply and they handed me the parts! They never repaired the Desktop, nor put it back together. they claimed that they didn't have a Power Supply that would fit. I spoke to a manager and complained. She ordered the Power Supply and had me bring it in, once I received it at my home. They then repaired the Desktop. Totally mishandled my situation until a manger intervened.

My devices seen find after repair, but there was still problem where the fan start making weird noise when running on long point program or playing game. Furthermore, the top side near the keyboard still get really hot after repair.

Always satisfied and pleasant to work with. Geek Squad service has also improved. There is an employee named David there that has brought the standards even higher and I’m grateful for all of his help.

The agents cleared out virsus & a program hackers added. They answered my questions & we reviewed the set up, however there is a problem they don't know how to correct concerning my photos. That is disappointing to me!

For West Palm Beach Geek Squad only, I don't recommend.

The geek squad agent installed the television quickly, but he also helped me to program it . Also, he help program the Samsung tv in my office. I was very pleased with his work.

The Geek Squad team were all very professional and eager to help me. They were all very enthusiastic about their work and extremely knowledgeable.

From the line outside to the agent in the store; EXTREMELY friendly staff and VERY knowledgeable. Had my laptop ready in less days than estimated. Did not force me to buy anything I did no want or need.

Had a laptop & PC "tuned up" and upgraded to Windows 10. Both worked fine and run much faster. The PC gained back 700 GB of storage! Drop off and pick up were on time with no waiting.

Everything is working fine thus far and, as always, your staff was very professional, courteous and helpful and supportive to all my needs.

The Geek squad is fantastic to help with all my needs for my laptop. Thank you for the additional upgrade.
