Geek squad rep. knew what the problem was and fixed it I 'm happy with that!

i signed up for Geek squad. service on my computer. the service was prompt and professional.

The young lady who assisted me was very kind and attentive to my every need. She displayed great customer service skills and should be acknowledged for this.

Brought my son’s pc in to get fixed. Payed over $100 diagnostic fee, was not fixed. Doing exact same as when I brought it.

I love this computer. I switched from a Dell. The HP works so much better and is much lighter. I bought accessories such as a keyboard cover, port plugs, etc. to help the computer last longer.
