    I purchased the Total Tech membership. Brought in a tablet to be unlocked. I told them they could do a factory reset if they really needed to. Agent never checked it into their system so I couldn't track it on my bestbuy app. He just put a high tech post-it note with my name and number. Two weeks and I never heard anything back. I called and was told "we couldn't unlock it. You can come pick it up." I ask if he tried factory reset and he said yes. I was rather surprised because I saw it done on youtube. "Did you look up the unlock button combo? I saw one on youtube while you've had this the past two weeks" The agent said no, I'll do some research. Two more weeks and haven't heard anything. I called back and it was the same story. Couldn't unlock or reset. I came in to pick up the tablet and asked for a refund on their total tuuurd tech service. "You have to do that online or on the app" l asked to speak to a mgr. He said I have to do it on my app. Okay, show me. He couldn't do it and had to call an 888 number. While waiting I asked if anyone reached out to the manufacturer or a Samsung rep. Nope. Mgr said yeah let me call my rep. Rep gave him the reset code and it was done before anyone even answered the 888 number. Lazy. Unskilled. Unmotivated. Unprofessional. Pathetic. Still want my $200 back. Ohh I've been platinum elite over 5 years. They don't care if you're a loyal customer. They just don't care.

    On Jan 4, I dropped off my desktop PC for BB to data transfer from corrupted and non-bootable HD for data extraction to a flash drive. On Jan 11, I returned as was told that I could come pick up the HD and flash drive (left PC case for recycling). To my surprise and total disappointment, nothing had been done because of a bit locker type encryption prevented BB from completing the task; they needed my MS login information. The tech whom I chatted with was unable to explain much or anything, as apparently no feedback was written anywhere to explain the situation to whomever the CS tech was within Geek Squad. THIS is my real problem. I was never called or texted letting me know they were stuck and needed my MS login information. They never called, so I get to BB - and get handed this information, my hard drive, and my still unopened new flash drive and I left. Very disappointed, not so much about the difficulty with the HD, but the absence of any dialogue between GS and me during the 7 days they had to work the problem. I will look for a smaller tech store that can work and maybe fix my HD data extraction issue.

    Although the Geek Squad people at Arrowhead were very helpful, when my laptop was sent to Kentucky for level 2 support, they could not complete the insurance claim forms I sent them to obtain a repair quote which greatly reduced my processing time.

    The guy was nice and took me through the process of doing my diagnostic services by when I went to pick it up, they didn’t tell me anything that was done to it or any things they fixed. No fix to the problem I brought it in for.
