    Literally Solved Nothing and Broke More Things In

    Literally did all the same trouble shooting steps as me and claimed they "Fixed" the problem. Sure enough get home loaded up the same application i told them was crashing my pc, and crazy enough crashed my pc. They also uninstalled applications that had nothing to do with the crashing like MSI afterburner with nothing on it, and MSI gaming OSD. They also messed up all my RGB controllers and now I have to manually turn em on. 0/10 agents not educated in gaming PCs and I don't recommend going through them.

    Laptop Plus will do an analysis for free. The clerk charged me $100.00 for the analysis. Since Laptop Plus Does your repairs he should have told me they did the analysis for free. Since the Geek Squad doesn't repair laptops anymore and refers everyone to LapTops Plus, they should be transparent about the fact that the analysis is free. I won't bring my laptops to the Geek Squad anymore.

    Terrible service, they sold me a pc that became a lemon the day after the return policy was up. When I brought my lemon into geek squad for repairs I was initially quoted a two day repair. They kept my lemon for 3 weeks and did absolutely nothing to fix the problem. I will never recommended that anyone I know buy from Best Buy or use geek squad ever again

    Hard drive replacement

    This hard drive only worked for a few weeks and had to be replaced. I was told that the were having problems with the 1st hard drive installed so just wondering why it was installed in the first place!

    Been there 24 hours can’t get info on what’s happening. Where’s the expensive diagnostic?Just need a fan after only 18 months of light usage!

    Took forever to get my computer back to me

    I made an appointment for my laptop to be looked at, my appointment was 2 weeks out. When I dropped it off they had it for another 2-3 weeks only to tell me there was nothing they could do.

    Took it in for a cleaning, it took 7 days when it was supposed to take 2-4 days, and the Geek Squad broke my PC!

    Went in with a gaming pc and they told me what I needed and how it would work. Showed me a couple of deals to make it work. Very helpful and understanding.

    Help with computer photos

    I sought help from the Geek Squad twice in the last two weeks. The first time was GREAT and my issue was resolved. However, I forgot the steps needed to covert my individual photos from HEIC to JPEG. So, I returned and had a different squad member. He did not know how to do this and sought help from the back room. He had to go back there twice. He then converted all 2,700 photos and put them in another album.! They are a mess, some are missing, images are small and I have to click on each one to see it and the original album will not close now! This trip was a waste of time. I will have to return and see if I can get this straightened out. I was so happy with the first experience I bought the service plan. Certainly not happy with the second experience.
