Helpful but wish he could have pulled up on store computer to compare item side by side

Definitely my long time go to source for all our gaming pc needs. We've experimented with other local competitors and always come back to Geek Squad. Now only if they could allow us to call the store directly again, would it be 5 stars. I'd rather not have an appointment than deal with that phone service.

Troubleshot my computer that would not start up. Said that one of the updates failed and therefore got stuck during startup. Updated computer, explained how to recognize it and update in the future. Very professional and courteous.
