Sound card installed with a little modification to the bracket, which had to be done carefully as it's held onto the card by only two screws and looked like twisting might break the card. However, drivers worked fine and I have sound again, which is all I wanted.

with little skills and tools was able to install and running within 15 min.

I was looking for sound, and after installing this, it worked.

I didn't know what was causing my computer not to have sound. I was about to go to Geek Squad in the Best Buy store to help. A helpful sales associate advised me to try adding a sound card for only 20 bucks ....this worked and so easy to install. I am not tech repair savvy.

The 2 Best Buy computer guys were of opposing opinions as to whether this sound card would work in the computer they were selling me. That is a little sad, since I have an expectation that someone in the computer department will know these things. In any case it is an older card and the only one they had, so I'll have to return it.

My computer sound system failed & I took it to Best Buy for Repair I chose this sound system & I am very happy with my choice.

this isnt the best sound card out there i was kinda hoping for something better from best buy but when my sound card went out this was the only option it gets the job done but would of loved some selection when I went up to get a sound card seeing as this was the only one available it was a no brainer on which to get

I am a producer and needed a temporary card with decent quality. This was an excellent and sound fine but obviously not as prestine as a higher end soundcard which can be purchased elsewhere

replacing an existing same unit so i was familiar with this product and am very happy with its performance

The Diamond sound card did what it is supposed to do, powered my speakers and put sound to my videos. It was easy to install and would recommend it for anyone needing a basic sound card.

Well it's certainly a thing and sure it works. It was definitely over priced for 20 year old technology, but hey that's Best Buy! Needed it in a pinch. So if you need to upgrade your sound blaster card this is a great choice!!
