You can't adjust the screen brightness. We had the first one replaced, and the second one has the same problem. It appears to be a common problem with this model.

Keeps freezing. Have done a complete reset back to factory settings and it still freezes.

Tablet was fine, it is cheap but works for watching netflix and youtube. However the power and volume rocker fell off due to normal use (tablet was even in a case) and when contacting digiland they said they would not honor the warranty because the month that it was purchased in has already passed. So instead of basing the warranty on the day that it is purchased they base it on the first of the month.

Very dissatisfied. Charged good first few times but not even a month later and charging sucks. Don't recommend

I was excited to place an online order & receive my shipped tablet, only to find that the on/off button was damaged. I returned it in-store for an exchange. Got home and opened the box to find that the screen was shattered. Returned it again to our local store but they were now sold out. Rep said it would be delivered to me no later than today... Tonight I received an email, there's apparently a problem in shipping another. No specifics, just "a problem."

Piece of junk! Easy to use but when it ran down could not charge it.

I found that this tablet: DigiLand - 10.1" - Tablet - 32GB - is too heavy to hold comfortably for more than a few minutes. I returned it.

This thing was a gift for my husband... by the time he opened it and tried using it, It was too late to take it back! And he’s Only tried using it twice and so slow he says he’d rather just use his phone to get on the internet! One of the worst purchases I’ve ever made!

Sluggish at best. After touching a key it takes up to 10 seconds or more to respond sometimes. It also had issues with the new micro sd card. It never did work with that. Save your money go with something else.

Purchased this tablet for a child. The display is great for the price but it’s assembled cheaply. Use a case!

You can not use Email or App store until you give them your phone number, to receive a Text code number.

very basic. you get what you pay for I got this on black Friday and have used it maybe 5 times.

This item was received from the mail with a crack in it. I couldn't turn it on later because the touch screen wouldn't work. By the time I took it to BestBuy, there was a larger crack on the screen. I give it a star because there wasnt an option for a ratung less than a star.

The glass breaks very easy I hit mine with my elbow and it smashed it

I owned this tablet for a year broke down doesn't even work the picture doesn't show when I push the power button and it sometimes pop up a 1hr later, but the next day it will come on and then go off don't waist your money,

My review for the tablet was that I wasn’t too happy with the product because we had some issues with it like I downloaded the YouTube on it and it wasn’t installed on the iPad. I tried it a couple of times opening it but it wasn’t letting me open the app. So. I had to take. It back too get a refund on it.

Need a 60-90 day return policy window for terrible electronics - You are stuck with them when the troubleshooting starts - Problematic, does not turn on, turns off by itself. It was at a low price and I thought I was getting a deal. Now I have to pay twice as much to replace this mess!

It is good and Would recommend this to a friend and family
