Overall this works for us, a little hard to navigate

Once it bounced on to the couch the screen broke and you can only use it on one side. Should have bought a screen protector, but it was a soft surface. Bummer

Do not buy this tablet. They are cheap and break easily. Sure, you get what you pay for. You also expect some sort of quality coming from Best Buy.

Very disappointed with this. The screen quality is poor......looks like a blur

The device that I bought doesn’t power up after only 45 days in use. Customer service doesn’t pick up and doesn’t return your call. I am within the manufacture’s warranty but don’t know how to replace this faulty product

Got one and after first week would not turn on. Took it back and got a replacement and it would not even turn on. Cheap product.

I wish I could have had option to give 0. Very slow and does not respond. Cannot even factory reset.

Not sure if it was hardware or operating system but it locked up several times and was really slow. Decided not to waste my time fixing their product.

I turned on the item and it would not stay on . I did make sure that it was fully charged before I turned it on. I was disappointed.

I received the tablet and opened it a week later The button came off on the second day.

Slow, wouldnt download 1/2 of the programmes I needed...returned next day would give it NO STARS IF POSSIBLE

The first one I had shipped to me had a broken power button, but a quick trip to my local Best Buy got me another one sent to me within two days. For such a cheap tablet, it's surprisingly fast. All my apps run well and smoothly. And since it's Android 8.1 Oreo, it looks nice and runs all the latest apps. One problem I've had is more of an Android thing than an issue with the tablet itself, but it is very hard to merge app icons into folders on the home screen. Apps will keep moving out of the way instead of merging. In addition, the physical build quality feels kind of flimsy, but the fact that I get cases for every device I buy helps with this.

After a lot of research, I decided to buy the Digiland 10.1 tablet for myself in January 2019. I had been wanting a tablet for a long time, and felt it would be a productive purchase as I could use it on my very long work commutes. At first it seemed great: good battery life, reasonable speed for a budget tablet, paired easily with my Bluetooth keyboard. At first I was just using it at home to play games or browse the internet, then started using it more regularly on my commute for games, writing, and Netflix. Unfortunately, it started having issues around March. I reset it, then it worked fine again. Until mid April, when it turned off and would not turn back on. Unfortunately Digiland customer service is not responsive or helpful. Now I am left with a dead tablet less than 4 full months after purchase. I should note that I am an adult and treat my electronics with care, so this tablet should not have broken so quickly. I would definitely not recommend this tablet as, from my experience, it will break quickly leaving you with a wasted purchase. Put your money towards another tablet with better reviews and track record.

Bought for my son, was good out of the box but once he loaded a couple apps and they started updating it slowed to a crawl. You need at least 3 gigs of ram, this only has 1.5
