A cheap 10" tablet, worked fine 4 years; unlike previous Digiland tablets. This is the only Digiland tablet lasting that long. Anyway, even for $60 I am done with Digiland.

I still have this tablet to this day but now it needs to be plugged in it needs a replacement battery

I purchased this on the 24th of Jan 2019. Great out of the box. But just after 30 days it started having charging issues. Even though I turned the tablet off before charging it repeatably started up and automatically shutting down when being charged. I am in IT and support over 200 tablets and this is NOT a good sign. I tried calling and leaving the manufacturer a message about this five times over a week. They always promised to call back but never did. Finally, I reached a human being and they gave me a RMA to have it fixed. It cost me almost $ 30.00 to ship it both ways to have it repaired. I even included a letter explaining the problem. Since then I have not received any communications from them about the tablet even though I asked. Today it arrived and the entire tablet has been reset it still has the same identical problem with charging. It appears that they simply reset the tablet and shipped it right back to me without doing any diagnostics or replacement of the battery or charging circuit. Avoid this tablet at any cost.

I was thrilled to get my grandsons these for Christmas only to have one disappointed the first time he had to charge it and the housing was loose on the corner making it difficult every time to charge it! As for the second one my grandson dropped it one time and the screen cracked causing it to not detect touch, this would have been avoided had the screen protectors and cases available online fit the product, yes I ordered them but when I tried putting them in prior to wrapping the tablets I discovered the did not fit, not even close! Apparently they changed the size and camera location making it very difficult to find protection that fits the tablet. Now I either have to pay for repairs or shop for better quality tablets!!!!!

A month after purchasing, the tablet stopped charging. After sending it to Digiland's repair center (paying shipping both ways), we received it back and it still won't charge! After trying to contact Digiland's customer service again to let them know that the issue wasn't fixed, they have not responded in almost 2 weeks. Don't waste your money, you'll get a month out of it if your lucky, and Digiland's customer service and repair center is useless.

Purchased this as an exchange. The tablet is amazing for what it was purchased for. Bought for my 4 yr old son. All he does is watch youtube on it. Well, did. We were not offered a protection plan when we purchased this tablet. When trying to install a new case, product was damaged. Best Buy won't help and DigiLand will not respond to emails about options to fix. Do not purchase this without an extended protection plan.

I definitely recommend getting a warranty. After working really well for about a month, it just stopped working.

Did its job but slowed down so much before very long at all.

I am not a heavy tablet user. I find them cumbersome to drag around. Just wanted one to keep in my office to stream sporting events at work. It's fine for that and social media and the one cloud database I work on regularly that I can't use on my phone. It is definitely slow so do follow the instructions in the guy's post about forcing GPU options. That helps. It's not a whizzy piece of cool tech, but it's totally fine for my purposes.

We bought this tablet for my mother for Christmas and she loved it. It was never dropped, bumped, used improperly, nor even taken out of the house! It just won't turn on now even fully charged. What a disappointment!

I wanted to play games on this device. No way. I have an I phone 4s from 2014 that is faster than this tablet. My iPad2 is faster and its 7 years old. It is so slow. The graphics rendering is terrible. The entire time it is in slow motion. Do not bother buying this device. It is going back to the store today right after I finish this review. Buying this will cause you another trip to return it. I thought I would try to save some $ and it cost me time and a ton of annoyance. Don't bother. Spend a little bit more and get something you can use.

1st tablet would not charge at all. Replacement tablet charged about 3 times then quit.

Bought this for my son to watch videos, but Netflix isn't compatible with this tablet.

I bought this tablet for my husband for Xmas, and it mid way through January :/ just a few days past the return date. I am so upset, still over this! I literally WASTED $100 and they wouldn't do crap for me. Another reason I stopped shopping at Best Buy. Don't buy this table, do yourself a favor and add a few extra bucks for a Samsung!!

Its a tablet. Supposed to be easy. Move files on it, open files. But for some reason this thing wants to be an ecumenical experience or something. You can't put files on it, and it won't let itself be changed to allow files to be put on it.

Tablet keeps disconnecting from Internet. Also has problem turning on & off. Best Buy Geek Squad will not do anything to help even though Best Buy is where I purchased the tablet! Contacted Azus support BUT I would have to pay for shipping tablet! Apparently the warranty do not cover shipping!!

took it home charged it up, just like the instructions said. turned it on and the screen went from black to very dark navy blue. It would not boot up.
