My tablets screen is damaged

I don't understand it but am frustrated because I needed it and should not be unusable already .

Messed up in less than 2 weeks
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had to return due to stop turning on. We had to reset the tablet a few times and then it wouldn't turn on any more. Exchanged it for the kindle fire and this one works much better.

WIFI does not work
