My CD player in my car was not working and I thought I would have to replace it, dreading the hundreds of dollars I was going to have to spend. I bought this on a last minute hope and my CD player works good as new! if you are in a similar situation, I would definitely recommend buying this before you think about replacing a CD player.

I was looking for something that would keep my TV DVD player from freezing up numerous times during playing, requiring me to have to restart the movie over and over. An employee suggested this SkipDr Laser Lens Cleaner. It really made a difference, my DVD only stopped once. Much cheaper than taking the TV in for repair! The instructions for use were not clear and it took me numerous tries before I figured out how to get it to run. I am normally good at using technology.

Our DVD's were not playing all the way through. It would get staticky And that was so annoying. I'm glad I bought this product and tryed it out. Also you can use it many times. It was a good investment at a reasonable price.

This is a good product, however the directions could be improved significantly, such as how many tracks do you go through, how do you know it is complete, etc..

Worked on all my appliances with CD players, also on my 2008 BMW. I'm just glad I have a CD lens cleaner when I need it, at an affordable price!

A fairly inexpensive and easy way to clean the dvd player so that dvd's play smoothly (without freezing or skipping). Prolongs the life of an already old DVD player!

Although this product didn't stop a beloved 20+ year old CD player from skipping, it DID fix the new player I bought to replace it from skipping. It seems to work better than a similar product I tried from another store that had only one brush in one place on the disc. The 'Cyclone' spacing does seem to make a difference in the effectiveness of the cleaning process.

Used this to clean CD player. Worked ok,but player is old and still skips.

This product saved me from having to purchase and install new speakers in my car's stereo; for several months the old radio programs on MP3s that I played from CDs I had burned were sounding more and more unclear, accentuating the bass and nearly eliminating the treble to a point where it was painful to listen and tiring to try to distinguish the words being said. One treatment with the Laser Lens Cleaner brought back the treble highs and reduced the boomy bass frequencies.

Need to replace a 15 yr. old CD/Radio/Cassette Player and I checked out Consumer Reports and checked with your Customer Service Rep in Store and arrived at this purchase of your house brand CD Player and after discussing with your Customer Service Rep some difficulties with several DVD Players at home, it was recommended that we buy a Head Cleaner. So far the Insignia CD Player and Head Cleaner have worked exceptionally well! I'm pleased with the two products and would recommend Best Buy to family and friends.

When our DVD player quit playing our movie disks we thought we were going to have to buy a new one.
