My order was cancelled without any notice at all!

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was called the first time that I had to reschedule my appointment to get the Viper installed because the mechanic got sick. I understood that and changed my appointment date. Now they canceled my order completely. I am very unsatisfied with my order.
