Horrible product

I've used the product twice. The suction is horrible, it doesn't hold a charge, in fact, it doesn't charge. It's been plugged in for 24 hours and it still hasn't charged. Luckily, I purchased the 2-year geek squad warranty on this one! It's going back. If they replace it, the new one better work.

Posted .Hi GinaMD! Surely your Gator should be picking up and holding its charge after two uses. We have a few tips to maximize the suction power and boost up the run time.
To ensure the best air flow, please be sure to empty the contents from the dirt compartment regularly. Then, remove the filter out of the dirt canister and tap against the inside of a waste can. After doing this, the unit should pick up much better.
For best battery and runtime performance, we strongly recommend that you reset the battery and charger.
First, unplug the charger from the outlet. It must be unplugged for 1-2 minutes.
Next, turn on the hand vac and let it run until it completely dies.
Then, place the Gator back onto the charger and let it charge for a full 24 hours.

Invest in something better!

And the suction is HORRIBLE, it barely picks anything up. I got this for my car on last year's Black Friday sale, and I wish I could get my money back, as it's USELESS to even try to clean my car up with this!

Worthless Dont Waste your money

Very disappointed with Best Buy considering their customer service is usually top notch. meant to write this review several month ago but forgot, hopefully I save others from wasting money like I did

Posted .Hi Scott! Oh no, your Gator Bagless Cordless Hand Vac should last longer than this. We want to help. It sounds like the charger may need to be reset. Please unplug the unit from the charger, then unplug the charger from the wall for 2 minutes. Once completed allow the unit to charge for a complete 24 hours.
