Get What you Pay For

The area that is being vauumed is not large and it takes awhile for the vacuum to cool down in order to use again. Disappointing becuase other Dirt Devil vacuums we have had lasted for years.

Too heavey to push and pull

But after putting it together and running it on the carpet, it was too much of a workout, bad on my back and arms. The suction seemed good though. There are other vacuums that are easier to use.

Worst customer service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this vacuum on 04/30/2016. After 10 days I tried to use it like a portable vacuum, but the clips that hold the hose to the handle where not there. I contacted bestbuy that asked me to contact the manufacturer. I contacted Dirtydevil customer services and they said that they would send me a new part. 16 days later they informed that they discontinued the part and I would not receive it, although I could buy a new one from them. So they have the part on the vacuum in stock, but they would not take it from it to send to a customer that received a defective product.
