It was the last one so an exchange was not possible. I did appreciate the understanding that Best Buy showed and the ease of the entire return process.

Returned for my money. Very disappointed. Best Buy had none in the st ore nor could they find it online or in any ot her Best Buy.

Suction is great and it's easy to empty. It has the advantages of an upright and includes a crevice tool, but still takes up very little space like a hand vac.
