I had another one different brand for 8 years and just recently lost its juice. I read the reviews on this one before buying and I am happy I bought it. Keep my tea or coffee hot for hours. Granted my tea and coffee are hot to begin with but keeps it steamy hot for hours.

I drink lots of tea especialy during winter months in NY and having this to keep my drink constantly really hot just makes it so much better. I actually tested to see how quick this warmer heats up cold water with the mug from the tap during winter months = 20 minutes !!!! and it's almost similar to pouring boiling water from the stove

Perfect mug
