This exclusive figure is awesome because as you play the lightsaber actually lights up. Sometimes you have to look down at your figure while you are playing just to see the lightsaber light up. Just missing the lightsaber sound. lol.

If you want to collect the figures Anakin is a Must! The Light FX special edition figures are nice. you place them on the pad and the light saber stays lite up. In the game he is great with his light saber and the force abilities.

This figure is basically the same as the non light up one BUT the light saber lights up with a strong blue hue. Well worth the $1 extra for it. If you have to choose, spend the extra dollar, you wont regret it.

Disney infinity did a great job with these lightup figures. Much brighter than skylanders lightcores. Very bright, even in daylight. Sad they did not release all of the lightsaber figures like this.

At first I thought the Light FX figures would use light from the base and mirrors. I was pleasantly surprised that the figure uses NFC to power an LED in the light saber and it look amazing.

This is one of the six Light FX figures for use in Disney Infinity 3.0. This is the Best Buy exclusive Anakin Skywalker figure. His lightsaber glows blue when placed in the 3.0 base for use in the game. He is otherwise exactly the same as the original Anakin Skywalker figure that comes in the "Twilight of the Republic" play set and Starter Pack for any version of Disney Infinity 3.0. Webcode for PC version enclosed with figure too.

Even though Anakin also comes with the starter pack, I opted for the Light FX figure as well and it was worth it to have the glowing light saber. My son definitely enjoys it!

Excellent looking figure. Light up light saber is incredible and the base in black! Worth the upgrade and if your purchasing it for the first time this is the one to get!

im glad that i got this figure on sale, i will be getting all the light fx figures eventually because they look way cool.but if you already have them, as everyone probably has anakin, they dont differ from the non light fx in the game in any way,

Nice build quality and solid character design.The light-saber feature is very cool. Matches up well with the rest of the Infinity Star Wars set.

I don't play Disney infinity games but my son loves them. Wish I had waited. Got him the regular anakin then got the light up. Love the light up.

When you place the character on the base and the sable turn of makes you experience better.... more if you are a real fan from Disney Infinity.

This Star Wars anakin is very cool. The light saber glows blue just like anakins in the movie before he lost it to become lord Vader.

My boys really like these light fx disney infinity characters because the lightsaber will light up when the character is on the base. They often times will choose to play as these characters first and love switching back and forth. They always point out the glowing lightsaber and how cool it looks. Anakin is exclusive to Best Buy.

If your gonna buy these anyway, you might as well buy the light FX edition!! The light sabers glow once placed on the base!!!

My Secretary, a huge star wars aficionado, loved the gift. She is happy the light saber lights up when placed on the portal.

I got this for an 8 year old boy to play on his Star Wars Infinity game, when he saw that the saber lit up, he was excited.
