So much for your geek squad certified. Not that you care, but you’ve officially lost me as a customer. Worked for this company for almost a decade as a manager and never expected to see your customer service go downhill to this level.

Many missing parts

The geek squad is supposed to be a very professional team that thoroughly and lovingly reviews each product. My product lacked a lot of love.

You will not be disappointed buying the refurbished drone because i think that the do a good job aver all checking the components before shipping out.

Pros 1. handles wind well 2. takes really nice shots. Cons 1. could be faster 2. Doesnt have front back and up collision avoidance

Damaged/Missing

This product also had missing cords that I needed to charge everything (vital). I ended up taking this back to the store the same day I got this. Best Buy then said it had a tag saying it should've been sent off for repair but somehow sold it instead. Not a pleasant experience that they are sending out faulty drones with this rather than getting them repaired and ensuring everything is in the packaging as the details states online when buying.
