It has had multiple problems. I have had to fix it.

Not happy with the refinished drone. Damaged it put in open box. Buy new and get DJI refresh. Drone itself new is amazing

I ordered a Geek Squad Certified DJI Drone and I haven`t been able to fly it since. I have been back and forth with DJI from day one but I haven't had success flying the drone. If someone from Best Buy could assist me, I would appreciate it.

got this refurbished drone that has not been reset properly, it had all of the info of the prior owner, account login , gps flights, etc. could not reset it my self had to return

This is my 3rd time I returned. Everything time I received something is missing. I bought a refurbished drone. I do not recommend any refurbished drone it's better to get a new one

Not satisfied with condition of product. You can tell it's been at least dropped.

Didnt come with any propellers - even though propellers were shown in the pictures

Could not ever get it registered to fly. Should have had a factory reset before I received it.

it areived damage. dont buy a refurbished drone, they dont even test it to see if its working.

Drone work for a couple of days, then it gave me an error power hardware error

The camera quality is great. It flies amazing easy to manure and great side hobbies to shoot neighborhood good landscapes and special moments with your friends and family. Presets are amazing to shoot. DJ did a great job making small and handy drones. I love it.

Bought the DJI Mini 3 Fly More Combo drone this week online. It was as 'Geek Squad' Certified Refurbished. I have bought refurbished electronics in the past and know it can be hit or miss. Hit with Apple certified products --- miss with some of the others I've bought. I was hoping the 'Geek Squad' Certified would mean more than typical refurbished product. When we received the unit, it was a bit dirty which didn't bother me, but found that the mounts required on motors to screw the propellors in with were missing. I immediately got online with chat support, gave my order information, explained the problem. They said I could return or take to the closest store and they would give me necessary parts. I set up a Geek squad appointment for the following day, drilling down in appointment menu for assistance with the dji drone. When we go to the store, first the geek squad could not find the details on the purchase --- gave no indication that we had an appointment, and really showed no interest in taking a look a the problem, We were sent me to Customer Service who was able to find the purchase and send us back to the Geek Squad with required information who then told us, they don't do repairs or have 'parts' for the drone. Got a refund at the store from sales rep at the counter who was very helpful, and tried to find an equivalent substitute at the store. No luck. So out about 3 hours of support/driving to store/etc. We will not have a drone for our trip planned and won't be shopping Best Buy till the taste of the experience fades. Drone looks great, but may want to stay away for Geek Squad certified.

Looked like it was "used" and not cleaned up, not "refurbished." I took a small amount of electronics cleaner and some isopropyl alcohol with some lint free cloths and it cleaned up like basically brand new. Shame on best buy for not even putting in the effort to clean the drone up before reselling it. However, DJI is amazing and allows you to add DJI Care Refresh Plus to any device as long as you submit video verification the device is functional and hasn't previously had Care Refresh. Word of advice, if the drone is actually functional and you received all of your accessories. Complete the verification process to add Care Refresh Plus. The instructions are on the website and very easy to follow. If it allows you, excellent you now have a two year warranty on your refurbished drone (granted you spend an extra $80 on the device, but it's still $200 cheaper than new.) If it fails the verification, return it to best buy and get another one. Repeat this process until you receive one that passes verification. Boom, you now have a two year protection/warranty plan on your drone. If for some reason it craps itself because it was a bad return passed off as a refurb, you have nothing to worry about.

Drone came it great shape and works as it should, GF loves how easy it is for her to use

The drone overall is great. I am happy with the quality of the setup. The only problem was 1 battery will not work. When I tried to replace it at a Best Buy they told me I had to replace the entire package not just the battery. I was on my way to the North Slope and was not willing to do that at the time.

Very pleased with my drone. Was sold as refurbished but it was new. Haven’t had any problems whatsoever. Great price and delivered when promised.

As described and in good condition. Works great. Would recommend.
