For a novice flyer, this fits my lifestyle, my kind of drone. Easy to learn and view footages. Packable too! Traveled to Philippines and had a good time with this one!!!

Absolutely love this drone first real professional drone and I couldn’t be happier with this product!! DJI really does a great job when it comes to drones! Would recommend this mini 3 pro to any one looking to get their first drone. I bought mine refurbished/geek squad certified and it was like brand new! No scratches or scuffs, gimbal works fine and the drone is still under warranty for about nine more months. The drone was not bonded to anyone else. I was able to do a video verification to acquire DJI refresh coverage since it was well past the 48hr window after activation. Overall I am really pleased with this product!

DJI is just creating so awesome products! I am a fan of DJI and highly recommend this drone. The only thing is that battery sucks, you have to get the fly more package.

Gimbal frequently (80% or more) overloaded straight out of box. Would also drift after calibrating mini, remote, and gimbal. Mini 3 also overheated almost every flight within less than 10 min of flight.

My drone is so cute. I took it on its first flight in Houston. City views and clear 4K video. Can’t wait to fly it again. Screen and everything is so nice and I enjoyed the flight.

Received item and not had time to fly, good thing as the drone came with propellers in a bag with Tiny screws. Not only that it is bound to another person so even if i coyld put the propellers on it wouldnt work because of someone elses account. Now it says I can't return. Thanks Bestbuy.

Product came as described, no damage or accounts remaining. First test flight went great. I'm glad I purchased the refurbished model and got a great deal.

Overall, excellent purchase, and being refurbished isn’t as bad as it sounds, I have 10 flight hours on this drone so far and still is operating perfectly,

I purchased the certified refurbished Mini 3 Pro because of the cost; great machine, great price! However, the propeller blades were the old blades and damaged when I opened the box. The tips were chewed-up/worn. When trying to replace them, the rear-right motor was stuck. I had to manually force it to be able to turn. On top of that, some of the screws to the blades were really difficult to remove. (I do find the Mini 3 Pro is difficult to work on since everything on it is so small). The camera and gimbal were fine, but overall, it looks like they might have refurbed the camera (if it was needed) but the blades and the motors looked like they were overlooked. I feel like I would love this drone but only if it was truly certified refurbished. I already returned it; customer service was excellent.

Love it. We use it for videos and photos. My two boys (10 & 5) are able to use it too. We spend hours using it getting great footage. Wish we would’ve bought it sooner.

Everything came in very good condition for a refurbished product. Works as expected, no problems at all. Would purchase again. Added a cool skin to it!

It says geek squad certified refurbished. How did they certified it when the propellers are missing. And I am not talking about extra sets of propellers missing. Its a deal for $200 off the brand new price, but better stay away.

Product is great, but Best Buy didn’t do any “refurbishing” here. Received the drone with propellers missing from one of the arms (and no spare propellers included) and fingerprints all over the controller screen (not a big deal obviously but I would expect a refurbish ingredient to include a simple wipe down). But without the missing propellers this isn’t flyable out of the box. Pretty clear they received a trade in and resold it without even opening the box.
