It was in a brand new shape. Concerning a few reviews about being registered under the previous owner's name, I called DJI, it was free, and still had over 10 months of warranty on it.

Waste of Time and Money

Broken arm motor came in glued since the blade screw was stripped. No battery was included even though it stated there was. Return process was extremely lengthy. After return was requested it took over 15 days for a refund. I would recommend NOT to buy a used drone. I ended up buying one direct from DJI and couldn’t be happier!

It is basically the same but with high discount, if you are indecisive because you think you'll get something "used" don't, it is perfect for this application.

Horrible referbishing department

Returning it to the store was easy but I will not get another Refurbished anything.

Refurb Buyer Beware

The process to even remotely fix something is ridiculous. Just spend the extra money and buy from DJI if you want a drone. Way better warranty and service. This drone I purchased appeared to be great - then I noticed all the dropped frames and issues with the focus. Just don’t bother.

bad drone product

Come to find out it had a screw stuck in one area wear the blades is suppose to go. I took it the Best Buy and it they ended up having to send a drone back with a refund. Smh waste of freaking time.
