recently bought the DJI Mini 4 Pro Drone with the RC 2 Remote Control (with a built-in screen) during the holidays for about $790, and it was an amazing deal! The drone is super compact, making it perfect for hikes or any time I need a smaller, more portable option. Even though it’s small, the performance is top-notch, and the camera quality is fantastic for capturing stunning aerial shots. The RC 2 remote control with the built-in screen is a game changer—no need to rely on my phone for the view. I’m really impressed by how well everything works, and since it’s Geek Squad Certified Refurbished, it feels just like new. If you’re looking for a compact, high-quality drone at a great price, this is definitely worth considering!

Great mini drone with all the bells and whistles. Camera, obstacle avoidance, stable in wind, etc. all first rate without the big price tag. I bought mine refurbished and save a couple hundred bucks with no regrets. So if you're 'on the fence' don't be. This DJI mini 4 pro won't disappoint.

Looked all over for a drone that would fit my needs that not only was cost effective but back by a good company to take it back to instead of an individual. Best Buy carries open box items and some refurbished items that had never let me down. This Drone and controller worked absolutely beautifully on a commercial job that I had for a company who wanted a roof inspection. They loved the 48mp camera photos that the drone gives and also phenomenal video that this little gem gives off a must buy!!!!!!!

Extremly disappointing! When I buy a refurb from the DJI store, it’s impossible to tell its not new. I was expecting something better than what I received. Physically the drone looks ok but the original buyer is still registered. Im sure Bestbuy has a reset software for returned items. My bad luck a lazy Geeker Squad member didnt reflash the RC-2 and left the old owners email ID setup. In fact, I cannot pair the drone to the RC2. I used the PC software assistant 2 consumer from DJI for loading the latest firmware updates. I even refreshed both both the RC and mini 4. Lots of wasted time last night! Im going to calll DJI before goving up. I think the problem is the Geekers didnt reset or bother testing the Devices. Finally, they packed the RC2 with the drone on top. They didnt protect the two with padding or wrapping so the RC2 is all scratched up by the drone. One of the propellers was off, the camera face was knocked off no gimbal protector installed - Very unprofessional and sad to see how poorly Best Buy is running their operation. - Contact me Best buy and ill send you pictures. Other customers on this forum have made similar comments. If you guys need help, contact me and I can setup a first class low cost operation to test, professionally repackage package your drones in Mexico or South Texas.

Purchased a refurbished/open box Mini 4 Pro and everything was in the box. The drone worked great, no issues. Perfect drone for beginners and traveling.

Everything is ok except there was no propeller strap which i thought came with it.

I was a little worried buying the refurbished as i read some bad reviews but my experience has been positive, all parts were included and came in original packaging. The RC 2 controller and the drone were 100% cosmoitically with no scratches or scuffs. Drone flew seamlessly with no issues to report.

My purchase of the Geek squad Certified Refurbished Mini 4 Drone was smooth and arrived in Excellent condition. It has months of warranty still on the drone and I am very pleased with overall experience. Great

What a waste of time. Obviously no one "certified" anything. Even a child could tell you this is unusable. Came missing one controller knob and even if I were to buy a replacement knob the part it connects to is also missing. Best buy wasted money shipping this and im wasting gas going to the store to return it. Clearly no one inspected this. Makes you wonder....What a waste all around.

Not sure what other people got but my refurbished drone arrived in perfect condition. It even came in the original box. Better experience than EBay.

Received open un boxes $800 trash drone… guessing this is whatbtheh mean about best buy hokgn down hill .. returning getting my koney back for sure .

I know others have mentioned in their feedback that they received Geek Squad refurbed drones that were still bound to the original owner, or had blemishes or were defective, but this is twice now I have purchased one that was refurbed and both have arrived looking like new. Sure, all the original stickers and such were gone, and maybe the batteries had a couple of charge cycles on them, but that was about all I could find wrong and those are to be expected with a refurb. Came in original box with all accessories, was able to activate it on my account no problem, and flies like a champ! As for the Mini 4 Pro itself, many other reviews all over the web pretty much cover everything you'd want to know. I've owned the DJI Spark, Air, Air 2, Mini 2, and the Air 2S, and it is amazing that they can pack this much into such a small drone! Given that I also have the Mini 3, I love the fact that the batteries are interchangeable between them, which makes managing the two of them much easier. Overall very happy with the drone, and the quality of the refurb.

I couldn't be happier with my DJI Mini 4 Pro and RC 2 remote, even as a refurbished model. Right out of the box, everything looked brand new, and the drone's performance has been exceptional. It’s incredibly easy to handle, and the camera quality is just stunning – capturing clear, crisp photos and smooth video footage. The RC 2 remote is intuitive, responsive, and makes navigating the skies a breeze. Battery life has exceeded my expectations, too. Highly recommend this drone for both beginners and experienced pilots looking for excellent quality at a great price!

You ever read reviews after you purchased an item and immediately started getting buyers remorse? Well tbh i didnt and I actually scoffed at the negative reviews being a former geek squad employee for over 14yrs laughing like yea right user error and what not … well i was wrong I should have paid more attention to the reviews before buying . For one when returning an item , the customer service reps need to not only check to see if it works but also to check to see if the owners signed out of the devices and removed from their accounts when applicable. Also enduring the product is clean and is ready to sell. 2nd issue geek squad is supposed to repair said things wrong with whatever device and get it ready to resale for maximum profit. Now that its a certified geek squad refurbished item you wouldn’t think you would have to replace a missing propeller!! A missing propeller!!! How in the workld did you not see that it was missing a propeller. 3rd issue the drone wasn’t even cleaned and was sold as is. It’s not like we can visually see the drone before purchasing so we have to trust we won’t get a drone that was sticky had some kindt of sticky substance in certain areas of the drone and it cant be missed . I feel like i deserve a bit of money returned to me . I shouldnt have to 1 repair a propeller , clean the drone nor have to contact dji sit on the phone for hrs waiting for them to hopefully get a hold of the original owner so i can bind the drone to my account and sign up for dji refresh ! Either automatically qualify me for the 400 gift card or refund me some of my money back would fix all this . I am not returning the drone because I need this for my job , as it’s working beautifully after i repaired it myself due to a few other issue i wont mention.

This drone is awesome. Great video quality. Much easier than the cheaper off brand drones we used to practice with before buying a more expensive one for sure. Very happy with this product. Set up was not terribly difficult , just a matter of watching a YouTube video.

Great drone. Flies great comparable battery life to other drones. The picture quality and video quality is perfect for what I need. I love buying all my gear from Best Buy, their membership and insurance programs are above all.

We have a number of DJI Drones and this is an amassing product considering the small size it’s packed with features that rival our drones that cost many times this unit.

The DJI Mini Pro 4 is excellent for the price. It has all of the basic features of the Magic for a lot less money. It is the best balance of features for the money of all of the DJI drones. It is the best drone for hobbyist.
