Three weeks in, the only complaint I have is that it takes a lengthy amount of time and battery life to complete firmware updates. Other than that, it flies extremely well and has great video quality. The video stays solid despite the motion of the drone. Still many features to explore.

I'm still amazed at what this drone can do. If there is one thing that I could recommend it would be to buy extra batteries or some sort of portable charger. The 27min is a long time for a drone but it does go buy fast. Images are amazing quality and the 4K HD video is simply amazing.

I've had this drone for a couple months now and totally love flying it. It is so simple to operate, yet has features for advanced users. The photos and videos it takes are amazing!

Great for even those with limited flight experience. It is nearly uncrashable. But please if you buy one, follow the FAA rules and be responsible. I think you should be issued a test certification by the FAA before you are allowed to buy a drone to prevent people from hitting planes.

Great pictures, video and stability. Good range, response to controls and excellent viewing. I would suggest staying with the sun behind the drone camera for best results.

A friend let me borrow his Mavic Pro, for a backpacking trip, before I made this purchase. I was immediately sold after one use. That's one of the best things about this drone. Portability. If you want a drone to take with you anywhere, this is the one. The video and photos are pro quality as well. It's not advertised anywhere, but this thing is also durable. Still going after a couple crashes. I'll recommend getting some extra propellers, lens filters and the DJI insurance. I absolutely love making videos from the gorgeous footage this thing can capture. It's also just freakin' fun to fly! In the drone market? This one will not disappoint.

Get this even if you have never flown! Easy to fly! You will love it!!! I also had purchased a SPARK for my son, but returning it because of GPS issues. Buying another Mavic for my son! Why be penny wise and pound foolish! Save up and get the MAVIC if you can! Won't Regret It!!!!

If your wanting a drone and you have the money, go for the DJI Mavic Pro. This was my first drone and I am blown away. The build quality is top notch through and through from the drone to the remote control everything feels and operates better than you could ask for. It's user friendly, almost impossible to crash as long as you launch in an open area. And the camera is top tier! It shoots in 4K quality and you can send this guy 400 ft in the air and it'll hover perfectly still producing professional grade shots. It blows away all my friends and family. I have no regrets about purchasing the Mavic. BEST DRONE EVER MADE!!!

I'm a hobbyist when it comes to photography, computers, and technology in general. I've watched the drone-scene for years and was excited when DJI released the Mavic late last year. I waited to make sure all of the bugs are out, as I don't want to be the one to lose my $1000 drone because of a firmware bug. This drone is amazing, takes great videos out of the box, which can be breath-taking. There is a "Beginner Mode" for those of us just learning to fly, which I've used exclusively so far. The one flaw in this product is you will spend more $$$ on other items to compliment it, protect it, or alter the pictures and videos it produces. Think about this for a moment. You will need a protective case eventually, you will buy more accessories, you may make or buy a landing pad (it's wont take if if set in any grass unless is really short and/or dense), and you will be looking at software to catalog and edit videos. I don't regret this purchase in the least.

Drone is very compact and light. We were able to carry it in a backpack together with our SLR camera and lens. Very easy to handle. It stabilizes itself during windy conditions.

This drone is really nice. It flys itself. The beginner flight mode is a plus when you first start. I haven’t let it out of my sight yet but I am getting close. The extra batteries and other accessories are reasonably priced. It also folds up so you can carry it in a backpack.

First off, I’m going to admit I had some minor issues with my drone. The first time I tried to fly, it wouldn’t start due to an error. I ended up having to update the firmware and it has been great ever since. You’re going to love this thing. The best part is the app saves the footage you download and you can make a simple video within two minutes. Really cool. You’re going to want extra batteries because 25 minutes of flight time passes in a heartbeat. Seriously good video. And it grabs attention. Get one!

I purchased this and sold my Phantom 3. I really wanted the ability to have a compact drone that was easier to carry and set up. My previous drone was registered with the FAA and I always checked where I legitimately was not able to fly and followed the rules and held myself accountable according to the FAA. Unfortunately DJI has now decided they are Big Brother and has taken the ability to fly based on what they think are No Fly Zones and physically make your drone unable to fly. Period. For instance, Navarre Beach has an abandoned base that is no longer used for any military purpose and holds solar systems, but because someone in China shows it as a base, it physically shuts off your ability to fly. Previous drones are on another app and not affected by this ridiculous overreach by DJI.

The drone is easy to set up and operate. I never used a drone before and had no trouble using it. The pictures are clear. It is compact and the flight time is long.

Even as a beginner this DJI drone makes it easy right out of the box. The video at 30fps in 4K makes the media outstanding.

Have flown the Mavic all up and down California! I purchased the fly more combo which came with three batteries which is a must have becuase each battery gets about 28 minutes of fly time per charge. It also came with ta charging hub station which charges all the batteries and a car charger. I was amazed with how fast the car charger works. The DJI Mavic bag fits almost everything in it for me. I placed a tile inside my bag in case someone tried to steal it then I could track it. It's user friendly and you can't mess up flying the Mavic. So far two of my friends have purchased The Mavic Pro. I have no complaints.

The Mavic Pro is a great addition to any kit. It barely takes up any space, it's intuitive, the battery life is great, the remote works like a dream. This kit is great specifically because it comes with 3 batteries. Which is perfect when you're still learning and even more ideal when you wanna pull off a complicated move. You're gonna need all the battery life you can get. And this kit has that in spades. I love the drone and couldn't be happier. The only downside, which DJI is entirely at fault for, is that the app will sometimes crash mid-flight. I really hope this gets resolved soon.

I've flown the Mavic Pro a half dozen times since receiving the Fly More combo a couple of weeks ago and I think this is a great package for the novice drone pilot like myself. The aircraft is just plain fun to fly and the included accessories are a good value. The video is amazing for a platform with such a small camera on board and the Intelligent flight modes let you get stunning shots with almost no effort. I would easily recommend this to anybody considering buying a new drone for photography or just for fun. The hardest thing about the Mavic Pro right now is getting your hands on one. I have had this drone for a few month now. I travel with it constantly. Set up is easy. Flying is pretty simple when it is engaged in the beginner mode. Videos and photos are pretty good given the small size of the camera. The only issue I have had with it is the cable that connects to your camera is a little finicky. I have lost the video connection a few times. I was still able to fly it back to the home point without any issue. I bought a new cable to connect to my phone using the USB port under the controller. Haven't had any issues with it since. Overall I am happy with the Mavic Pro
