So, best buy at burank ca empire center for the past several months, forget to give me my points, product shows on purchases history, so i thought i should share my experience, do not i repeat do not forget to check your points.

Awful. I literally had to return 2 back too back mini 3s due to Propeller motor issues. I lost many clieints during this period. With little to no choice i had to upgrade to the mini 4pro instead

Nothing more than a toy. No crash avoidance or any higher level tech

Best Buy did not let me know this product by DJI was defacto baned in 2022 via a black list by US Government. Congress has voted to ban this product. I have nerver used the product due to problems setting it up. Too much sensitive information is required to be able to fly this drone. Best Buy will not refund my hard earned $$.

The gimbal did not work and I had to return it. Best Buy is trying to get me a replacement but they look to be discontinued. Not going well so far.

Be aware...there is a $100 restocking fee best buy tales if u return this. Thieves! Im buying at the dji website never here again.

I have no idea if the item is any good, since it never arrived and the order was apparently cancelled without anyone at Best Buy communicating that to me. I specifically ordered from Best Buy because their delivery time was the fastest and this was meant to be an early Christmas present. Delivery was to be 11/28. Order didn't deliver and when I called on 11/29 they said delivery was changed to 11/29-12/1 (no email communication about the change). When order didn't deliver on 12/1 I called again, they recommended I wait until the next day and if no delivery update received they can change to in-store pickup. When no update on 12/2, I called again to change to in-store pickup, and they said the order had already been cancelled (supposedly by courier). Still no communication via email about any delay or cancellation. They said I should see the email within 24 hours. Two days later I called and they said I should see the email within 72 hours. 4 days later, still no email, no confirmation of email, status update, or refund notification. Finally got an email two weeks later saying I'd get a refund within a couple weeks (after Christmas). Thankfully I was able to find the same thing for less elsewhere for the purpose of the Christmas gift. HOWEVER, I was out the cost of both the $600+ Best Buy purchase AND the replacement item from another retailer during the most expensive time of the year. I would have been somewhat comforted by ANY update on the purchase, delivery, cancellation, or refund but those updates were never sent to me; I had to ask repeatedly (via phone and support chats with disgruntled and indifferent employees, since Best Buy doesn't have an email contact for support). I will likely never purchase anything from Best Buy again (particularly online).

may a good drone just 1 arm was broken i saw it only after open the box.
