The drone is incredible, it doesn't have sensors like the 4 pro but if you know how to handle it, it's great. I use it for entertainment and professionally, the quality of the camera and the movement of the camera is incredible.

Perfect drone for new pilots. Lacks some of the higher end Pro options like obstacle avoidance but the camera is crystal clear and takes fantastic video/pictures.

awsome starter drone for begenners has a great camera and the added screen on the controller is an amazing feature however all the video totorials are in another language and no option for dubbing

This little drone is fantastic. As a new member of the DJI club, I have been absolutely blown away by the quality of their mini aircrafts. I had gotten the Mini 2 Fly-More about five days ago, then the Mini 3 came out. At first, I wasn't going to switch, but it seemed like the best option since I was within the return period. Upgraded to the RC with screen and gave the Mini 3 its first night flight this evening. Even with some decent winds, this thing was sturdy and quiet, handling like a charm. The addition of the two strobe lights on the legs was really smart, it makes the aircraft much easier to spot in the sky. The camera quality is fantastic, as expected, and the portrait shots are really convenient for taller subjects! Also, the fact that this drone doesn't need to be registered (due to the light weight) is a huge convenience. Takes the hassle out of worrying about laws (for the most part) when traveling domestic or international. Only the test of time will tell how much this thing can handle, but given the DJI Mini track record, I'm looking forward to a long life out of the Mini 3.

I bought this to have one for taking aerial pictures of my yard, which it does beautifully. I realized how truly valuable a drone can be when I found shingles in my yard while mowing the lawn. Up went the drone, letting me see exactly where the shingles had come from and send pictures to a roofer to help evaluate it. I also used it to locate my plumbing vent pipes for the plumber. Yes, they're great toys, but they're also useful for peace of mind.
