Good but over heating issues

Easy to Fly, Complicated Set-Up & File Management

Prior experience with drones was zero. My review: 1. Garbled instructions, took most of a day to get everything working together correctly. 2. Super easy to fly. Precise controls. I am successfully flying inside and outside to document the build. 3. Photography - it's also super easy to get clear, well-composed shots. 4. Videography - It's easy to do, but hard to get first-take good shots - lots of re-takes and editing required. 5. Battery life is okay, but definitely buy the multi-pack if you are going to be working away from an easy charging source. 6. File management, like the set-up instructions, is not clear and I am still struggling. 7. DEFINITELY glad I bought the drone with the integrated display in the controller. Working this with my phone would have complicated things massively. Overall rating is 4 stars, Good.

Terrible service

I strongly do not recommend to buy anything from best buy, customer service, even supervisors they are not professional. And it takes time to solve the problem and one says different thing another one says completely different.
