I've got an Osmo Pocket 3 camera that I love for capturing content. I'm a wedding DJ and in low-light situations, it's great. When it came time to buy a 360 camera, I considered all of the different models but quickly came to the conclusion that the Osmo 360 camera was going to be the right choice for me.
Just like the Pocket 3, the Osmo 360 is GREAT in low light. And because I was already familiar with the DJI menu and app, getting started with the Osmo 360 couldn't have been easier. It's simply a great camera, all-around. Really - it records all around! :)
The Adventure Combo comes with extra batteries, a selfie stick, a rubber lens protector cap, adapter mount and a protective pouch. Basically, everything you'll need except for a memory card. Plan on buying one of those, because you'll need it to capture the maximum amount of footage possible.
I can't wait to start capturing the entire room with one camera instead of panning in all directions. The Osmo 360 is going to make it easy.

Got this for my boyfriend for Christmas and I don’t regret NOT buying this he loves it. I was doubting myself when I was making this purchase but I’m so happy I went with this one. Quality is amazing, videos come out so good. Also perfect for adventures

good overall wish it had interchangeable lenses but haven't had a problem yet. I originally bought it to scuba dive with but DJI still doesn't offer a dive case sadly but it was nice to have for my Dominican republic trip.

Title: Defective unit + No U.S. support = Buyer beware
I purchased the DJI Osmo 360 Adventure Combo from Best Buy in February 2026, and unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing.
From the first use, the camera has a major issue where it shuts down within minutes of recording, even though the battery shows a high charge (often 50–100%). I tested this with multiple batteries included in the Adventure Combo, and the same issue happens consistently, which points to a defect with the device itself rather than a single bad battery.
The bigger issue is what happened next. When I contacted DJI for support, they informed me that this model is not officially supported or serviced in the United States. That means there is no way to repair or replace the product through the manufacturer, despite it being brand new.
I then contacted Best Buy, but since I was just outside the return window, they declined to offer a refund or exchange and directed me back to the manufacturer—which, again, does not support the product in the U.S.
So I’m left with a defective camera that cannot be repaired, replaced, or supported.
If you’re considering buying this camera, I would strongly recommend confirming whether it is officially supported in your region before purchasing. Otherwise, you could end up in the same situation with no viable resolution.
Very frustrating experience overall.
