I’ve used almost every DJI gimbal, and the Osmo Mobile 7P is the first one that feels like it actually solves the "extra gear" problem. The biggest win here is the Multifunctional Module. Previously, you had to stay inside the DJI app to get tracking features, but now I can use the native iPhone/Android camera app and the gimbal still follows me perfectly. It even has a built-in fill light and a receiver for the DJI Mic Mini, which makes for a very clean setup. The ActiveTrack 7.0 is noticeably stickier. I tested it with my kids and my dog running around, and it rarely lost focus, even when they moved quickly. The fact that the extension rod and the tripod are both built-in means I can transition from a vlogging "selfie" shot to a static tripod shot in about five seconds. If you are just looking for basic stabilization, the standard OM 7 or even the older OM 6 is fine. But if you do a lot of solo filming or live streaming, the "P" (Pro) version is well worth the extra money for the native tracking and the side wheel control alone. Bottom Line: Highly recommended for anyone serious about mobile videography.

I purchased this device to film travels. Just got back from Portugal with it, amazing battery life, amazing stability. Definitely a learning curve if you want really cinematic shots with iPhone paired with the DJI MiMo app, but the same can be said about the built in camera app in iPhone. End result is up to the user. You get what you pay for, overall a great gimbal for a phone, no complaints. Tracking is AMAZING--being able to just hold the stick while my phone/the gimbal tracks my travel companion so we both can take in the spectacle we are witnessing yet knowing we are capturing everything in stable footage is so relieving.

The DJI Mobile is amazing, lets you shoot great visuals with super easy use. And keeps me from having to buy a big mirrorless camera, not to mention the tracking module lets me use the cinematic setting on my phone - it creates amazing content

It does work for a lot of things still have a lot to learn but as of noe very friendly and interesting toy

No-hassle setup - just unpack and go. It’s easy to carry with simple functions. A big plus is the gimbal tracking for selfies and videos, which worked great from the first use. The only drawback is the missing 360° rotation, so full-circle videos aren’t possible.

once i configured my settings on my iphone i did my research on a stabilizer and then boom i come across this one, BOOM! So many features on it almost everyone that tries it is amazed. I took it to Chicago my hometown and took some really sweet shots with it. Unedited ! Has a movement tracker and hand signals to stop and start recording etc. so much I can’t cover. BUY IT.

This product has been a game changer. The stabilization really helps with video recording. The smart tracking is great for hands free usage. I highly recommend.

This thing is packed with cool features! The tracking is amazing. However it isn't that easy to use at least for me. Just about every feature requires 2 or more presses/clicks of one of the several buttons, scroll wheels, or trigger. On the bright side there are several 5-10min tutorial videos on the app. The overall build quality is amazing! The packing and storage method and bag however are not ideal. I wish it came with some sort of small "Pelican styled" hard case to put it in when not using or transporting it. But you could get a cheap one from Harbor Freight and cut out the shape in the foam easy enough if you wanted one.

Great stabilization and compact design, the app offers really good templates, really nice shots and easy to use, even if is your first stabilizer, it is really friendly.

Super cool, bought it used and works great! Opened it and started using right away it’s great for FaceTime calls with the tracking no matter where you go your it follows you so you can keep your hands free while doing something else. Also love taking pictures and videos of cars and the stars at night so it great for the nice and steady shot and if you wanna rotate it for different kinds of shots it’s perfect!

As someone new to using devices like this, the DJI Osmo P7 felt a bit complicated at first. There’s a learning curve, but once you get comfortable, it really shines. The stabilization is excellent, and it’s compact enough to carry around easily. It’s especially great for travelers or vloggers who want smooth, professional-looking footage. One thing to note: it doesn’t work with the full capacity of the stock iPhone camera. You may not get access to all the advanced iPhone camera features when using it through the DJI app, which is a bit of a drawback. Still, for most casual and even semi-pro uses, it’s a solid and reliable tool.

This is a cool little gimbal tool that I can use to record content to make videos. It has a stand that pops out the base of the handle and it also attaches to Moe‘s camera tripods using a little screw hole at the bottom. There’s a slight learning curve but once you figure that out you can make some amazing videos and capture great moments also has a cool auto tracking feature. They’ll let you be hands off and walk around the room and it’s still turned your phone camera towards you.
