Great service. They beat the price that was online. They took about 30 minutes to discuss what I was looking for what I needed. They took care of me very well and I highly recommend working with Best Buy teams.

Worth a lil more money to me. I recommend everyine have one. Be gentle with the feet that come out. They are good but not unbreakable.

The versatility and fucntionality (especially paired with a DJI mic or two) is amazing. Super flexible shooting now, perfectly synced sound. This has opened all kinds of doors for my shooting style for short films.

AMAZING gimble, just wish it held more weight. If I put the lens and external storage on my iphone it’s too much weight to function properly.

Product was really good stabilization was on par. I like how many features it had. The zoom wheel is absolutely magnificent. The app that comes along with this gimbal is amazing. Sometimes at a random mind does give out my video.

I love the ease of use. It’s more compact than past gimbals and the added light comes in handy in a pinch. You can use hand motions to start and stop tracking and recording. You can use your native camera app with is a huge plus!

The battery is life better than the previous version.

This gimbal is just like all the other DJI software and hardware. They put time and effort into refining it into something a professional can use.

It has alot of features thst realy help with filmmaking. Exceeding my expectations!

Took it on a recent trip and got some decent shots but the ginbke is pretty quirky. It periodically gets turned around and upside down so that the bar blocks the lenses and will not correct itself, requires a force ahutdown and reposition. The DJI Mimo app works great at controlling the gimble and taking shots but while processing videos and shots the app crashes. I was only able to get it to process 1 out of 20 attempts. Crashed wnerytime since even after following all troubleshooting attempts. I am returning for these reasons.

I never used a gimbal before. Wow this is awesome and super easy to use. It even charges my phone as I record..it tracked my daughter as I walk with our me even trying.. highly recommend this product

Such an awesome little gadget. I love that it has a light and also a built in transmitter so that you can connect your mic to it. Also has follow me mode for any platform
