The device itself is great — smooth stabilization, well-designed, and performs exactly as expected. But Best Buy’s customer service is seriously lacking. I’ve never had a single purchase go completely smoothly. When I bought the DJI Osmo Mobile 7P, the official website clearly stated there would be a $25 reward. In-store, the associate confirmed it would be applied to my account automatically. Weeks passed — nothing. I spent over two hours dealing with customer support. They confirmed the promotion, promised the reward would be added — and still, nothing was applied to my account. It’s extremely frustrating to be a loyal customer, follow all the rules, and still be ignored when something goes wrong. Great product. Terrible customer follow-through.

Good right out of the box. Learning curve at least for me there was none.

Sometimes it's a little glitchy. I want it to follow me but sometimes it doesn't. It could be operator error, but it doesn't always seem to work the way it should. I'll keep practicing!

This is great for keeping your cell phone videos steady and smooth. Works with the DJI mini mics too.
