Also Best Buy had never sent the two additional battery that was bundle and they decided cancel the battery order. Not happy with that I'll be end up retuning it.

The Osmo is amazing...BUT

It was great the product itself worked as it should...BUT if you have an iPhone with optical stabilization this will not work. It’ll create blurring with the image as the 2 systems are fighting each other. The only work around is using a magnet on your phone and I wasn’t about to do that.
