Awesome little device. Paired up with my Galaxy S7 and it allows me to produce incredibly smooth, professional looking video. Panoramic photo feature is very cool.

The DJI Osmo Mobile works just as advertised. Very easy to set-up and operate. Results from this gimbal are outstanding. Highly recommend.

Works pretty well as a gimble. The DJI software is atrocious and DJI refuse to support it for the most part. It crashes, locks up, lags, doesn't record 4k time-lapse, the 4k video it does record is terrible quality. Now, that said, if you can put up with using Filmic to record video (Really the only option on the Iphone 7 since no other software allows you to turn off the Iphone's internal anti-shake, and.... Filmic is also wickedly buggy) then you will get reasonably good results. If you are just using it to catch stuff from vacation and don't care that much about the image quality and you can use the DJI software, tolerate the bugs and you will be good to go. One other thing. The gimble itself will fritz out occasionally and require you to remove the battery to fix it. BOTTOM LINE - This thing was not ready to be released and instead of fixing the problems almost a year later, they still ignore the users and don't fix anything. DJI cares nothing for this part of the market I think. Drones seem to be where their money is at.

The gimbal comes with a grip that is great for any size hand and buttons that are located very conveniently. I would have preferred if the gimbal arm itself was made of something more durable as I was concerned about it getting banged up when I wasn't using it as it just flopped around. Once you get it started, it's very easy and has a few ways to change the options for locking the gimbal in place. I took really nice videos on the go and would recommend it.

I do lots of live streams and had tried a different brand which I returned for its lack of reliability. This one is actually excellent BUT there are a few terrible design decisions. I deducted one star for their deliberately choosing a USB to headphone type plug adaptor which you are sure to lose or forget when traveling instead of any of the many 'standard' small USB plugs that almost everyone has spare cables for. You lose or forget their cable and you have a $250 paperweight. Secondly, I have noticed in my FaceBook and other livestreaming, even if it initially starts with the horizon level, after about 5 minutes the horizon appears 3-5° tilted on screen which is irritating considering even a handheld phone video is more level. A third thing is that do not be fooled by the super smooth demo videos. I walk at a steady straight gait not too fast but even then the livestream videos show the slight up/down rocking chair effect on the road or boardwalk railing which they probably crop out in their demo videos. The overall build quality is typical great DJI. It also seemed to hold up slightly better to strong breeze/wind which had made the other brand go spinning out of control. Considering the price I would NOT recommend it unless it was half the price or they fix the tilting issue and the stupid cable choice.

The Osmo Mobile does a great job of stabilizing my video. I did have to get rid of my beefy Otterbox case for a smaller one so that I didn't continually need to remove the camera from the case. But a small price to pay for smooth video. I don't really use the DJI app other than for calibration and setup, so I can't comment on that. But the device itself does a very good job. I have a video production company and this device allows me to get very acceptable iPhone video clips. Highly recommend.

Cut the amount of post shoot editing to nearly nothing. Absolutely love this OSMO. Brings a level of quality to your home videos.

Ease of use, great battery life, sleek black appearance. Be the envy of "vertical phone-video" video amateurs everywhere! The "follow-mode" will make you think SkyNet has already taken over, allowing you to walk while your subject stays in perfect, stabilized focus. Go grab one of there today, before these machines gain sentience and take over.

This stabilizer is a great invention. It holds my iPhone securely and cuts down on blurry photos and bouncy videos. Looking back on some of my videos of the grandkids, I wish I had heard about this sooner.

This first version of the Osmo Gimbal is great and we have really enjoyed making videos as a family. Please be aware that a new version was just released at CES for $50 cheaper with more functions for those of you that like to film vertical and horizontal and also with an included button to zoom in and out. The new version is lighter and has a longer battery life as well. So if you can wait you maybe getting a little more bang for your buck and saving some money as well.

Very user friendly and expect smooth movement in well lit area's. Dark environments cause lag during recording.

It is easy to attach your camera to the gimbal. When you move the camera shot stays level so you don't get a distorted angle. It gives you a nice perspective for the different camera angles you want.

I bought the dji gimbal while on vacation in Hawaii. I read what it is supposed to do and it didn’t let me down. I even used it on a very bumpy bus ride and couldn’t believe how smooth the video was.

This unit is a drone without the propellors, offering you smooth, stabilized video in a handheld format that doesn't sound like a swarm of bees (drone props...). Slap on a phone, load up the DJI Go APP and blow away your friends shaky video as you fly over the ground like a tech-davy bird.Great options for slo-mo, time-lapse and face-tracking, that will make you think that already in SkyNet is in control. A must-have for any video-tech-Spielberg-wanna-be!

Nice product but not designed with some phones in mind. The Pixel XL volume placement does not.really fit well and makes calibration a little tricky.

This device turns cell phone pics and video into professional style footage! It is easy to handle and captures great memories. Only reason I gave it 4 stars was because it's hard to tell when the battery is low and if it's charging while out and on the go. Other than that great accessory/device
