If you use your phone to film, this is a total game changer. I always thought that this was useless but it makes a huge impact if you do short films on your phone. Very stable

The instructions are non-existent, you have to watch tutorials on the internet, it is quite heavy for long trips and becomes uncomfortable, you must use the application to obtain all the functions, which limits you if you have a phone with a good camera

I was thinking about getting a gimbal from TikTok because I thought why not, it's cheaper. I am glad I invested in this gimbal, it took my content from shaky to clean - for example I make outdoor lifestyle content on the side so I'm always on the move! 10/10 recommend!

Awesome product by DJI. It worked right out of the box. I charged it, installed the app and I was ready to take pictures and video. It works very well and gives you a unique perspective with the various functions like follow-me and FPV. The fix horizon function is also great and probably the one I use the most. I'll use the follow-me for sports and capturing my grandchildren.

This is a really good gimbal for a good price. The feature I like the most is the magnetic attachment that you attached to the phone and to the gimbal. Very useful specially if you get a phone call or message that you need to take the phone out of the gimbal. Looks sturdy too. This is a very affordable phone gimbal so far.

I've owned this product for most of a year, and love it! It's replaced a bigger, bulkier unit I've used, and gets better results!

Item is great and works very well for its intended uses. Easy to set up and use on the go, I keep this one in my camera bag at all time for catching quick videos and content on the go especially when traveling. We took ours on a recent Disney trip and it was worth its weight in gold.

This is a great gimbal. I’ve enjoyed it since I’ve gotten it. It’s user-friendly and it offers a lot of education on videography and how to use the gimbal as well. The app is great as well.

Overall, this is a decent gimble for smartphones but set your expectations. I was able to get some really stable videos, but I had to major cons that led me to returning the product. Lack of documentation: There's very minimal documentation on how to use the gimble. I had to refer to YouTube tutorials to figure out all the features the gimble has. Range of Motion: The range of motion is fairly limited. I have a Samsung Galaxy S25 ultra. The phone would regularly touch one of the arms of the gimble, especially if I'm trying to take low shots, If you're taking shots at eye level, may not be an issue, but if you try to use this the same as a camera gimble, just set your expectations. Many reviews on YouTube do not touch on this topic, so keep this in mind with what type of videos you want to take. Phone was at an angle regularly: The first few times I used the gimble, it was great, but after a few days, I noticed my phone would be at a slight angle. This is unable to be corrected, unless you download the DJI app. However, I would correct it in app and the next time I use the gimble, my phone would be at an angle again. This is the main reason I ended up returning the gimble I bought this gimble for a trip, but because of the issues I mentioned above, I ended up taking videos handheld instead. When the gimble works, it works great, but the annoyances made me not want to use the product.

Getting into video shooting and found that this gimble is a great for beginners for a solid price. I currently use an iPhone 16 Pro Max and the gimbal is able to handle the weight. This is great and comes with a small carrying bag. For extra protection I would invest in a hard case if you plan on traveling with this thing to avoid any damage.

this a great gimbal for mobile with the way the new iPhone 16 pro is the video capability for so many applications is amazing but theres one thing. sometimes you have to move the position of the phone slightly on the mount because of the new camera control button never had it though when shooting where in the app the camera control button interrupted me but once in set up. great price as well easy to learn
