I have flown less expensive drones and there is no comparison to the Phantom 3. This drone is easy to assemble, a breeze to fly and maintain. My 15 year old daughter flies it with confidence. The interface with an iPhone or iPad is outstanding and the video quality is amazing. Well worth the money.

DJI really did a great job designing the Phantom 3. Learning curve was short and pretty easy. Camera takes excellent videos and still shots. Very stable platform. The instant take off and return to home work flawlessly.I wish it came with a users manual for the drone and the app. You have to go on you tube to learn pretty much everything from people that have experience.

First I'll start by saying I'm a professional photographer, this drone is for business. It'll do good pictures and good video that's if there's good light, if the wind is too much this drone is not stable, it'll hover away from you. The propellers are loud, get a carbon fiber. THIS IS NOT A TOY I'll say again, avoid flying it to your head or face level, it can harm you if In contact, avoid indoors, it may crash if you try to fly inside your house. Make sure you get your drone license, it's easy and will cost you $5, the fines is not worth it.

Our youngest son got it for Christmas. He uses his iPhone 6 to control the drone. It takes decent videos and pictures. Charges up pretty quickly. Great toy!

Very happy right out of the box and taking video and pictures. This phantom 3 standard for me was a great way to start flying a drone and I feel with all it can do and I am still learning will keep me busy for a while. Glad I got this one and not some lesser model, one that would have made me say I should have spent more to get somthing better. This old man has a new toy

I had fun with the Phantom 3 standard I just recently upgraded to the Phantom 3 professional with the 4K and now I have even better quality

Bought this for my husband for father's day from the kids. He absolutely loves it! It wasn't difficult to set up or learn to use. He's flown it with ease a few times, landed it fairly well each time, with only a couple "crashes". It's very durable. The perfect drone for the guy who wants to have a hobby drone, but still have the quality of a professional drone.

Incredibly stable and easy to fly. Picture quality is very good, better than expected. Battery life is as advertised around 20 min. A little bit cumbersome and confusing to set up first time. The controls app is not overly logical and requires some trial and error, you will likely experience some frustration here, but worth it when you finally get it up and flying.

Great Quadcopter, very happy with this item shocked at how easy it was to fly after about 30 minutes of set up time, most of which was downloading the app to my phone and getting it synced up. The camera is Awesome i tried uploading a video of my first flight to show how easy it really was but no idea why it was not uploading after 20 minutes of trying...

Even though I'm entry level with drones - I received this as a gift for Christmas - I COULDN'T BE MORE PLEASED with the product overall - Even though considered to be entry level - I don't feel restricted with any of the operation - The camera is excellent, the video is excellent - the response of the Phantom 3 Standard to fly is GREAT! Highly recommend!

A great drone and very easy to fly. But I did exchanged the battery due to a warning "Battery Damaged" during the first 5 minutes of the flight. Then exchanged it for a Phantom 3 standard 4K which is currently (8/7/2016) on sale for less than a hundred dollars more.

I can't believe the durability of this thing, I have done nothing right with this at all.. Well at first.. I have smashed into walls, trees, branches, people. I fished it out of a swamp the other day.. Still works, picture is perfect. Totally worth it. Any adult mildly interested in drones I would highly recommended the Phantom

The DJI Phantom 3 has lived up to my expectations and gone beyond. It is very user friendly, easy to control and takes the frustration out of learning to fly a drone. Only word of caution would be to be very careful if it is a windy day out, or simply wait until it's calmer to fly. Great pictures, amazing video and pretty simple controller software.

Bought the Dji fhantom standerd this thing is awesome easy to fly and record video highly recommend

It's not a professional model and I knew that going in, but it's a fantastic drone for the money. It takes incredible quality video and is pretty easy to fly. The biggest thing that I wish was different is the flight range. It's considerably less range than it's more expensive siblings but it gets the job done as long as you are within sight of it.

I could not have picked a better gift for my son! He loves it! Works perfect and super great images and flies great! Loves this drone!!!!
