This was my first drone purchase. I bought it primarily for real estate shoots and ocean views along the coast. I did a lot of research before heading into Best Buy and was very happy with this purchase. For the most part customer service was satisfactory.

This drone is perfect for people that want to fly and take pictures or videos. It's not the fastest drone out there if you're looking for tricks like flips or just racing around you might want to look around more as they will not do tricks

DJI drone P4P is easy to learn to fly, controls are easily understood. There is great customer support from DJI for any questions or parts purchases (batteries cases and such). Would recommend this aircraft to anyone wanting an entry level drone.

I have 3 Drones now, a Phantom 3 Standards and 2 Phantom 4 Pro's. I fly everyday and am extremely happy with DJI products. It helps that Best Buy carries these type products since I hate spending this type of money and having to wait for shipping.

Though this was a bit over priced, but i was wrong this craft will do everything it says it will do. Super fast, 30 minute flight time. Tons of sensors and very easy to use. DJI products have always impressed me but the Phantom 4 pro, is awesome!

I needed this in a last minute pinch. Found the nearest Best Buy and grabbed it. I am not disappointed. I had the Phantom 3 Pro and I can definitely see an improvement to this one. My favorite feature is the ability to shoot full 4K in 60fps

Flew up and down the Chattahoochee River while taking some really great shots. Excellent Drone, but I don't think Id recommend to the 1st time drone owner.....Just too much money to crash and burn. I would start with something less expensive.

I am using this drone extensively for commercial flights capturing 1000's of photos and processing for topographic mapping purposes. The battery life is very good; range is amazing. It works with the Go app and other 3rd party ones too.

This drone is basically a flying DSLR. The camera and video quality is the best out there, and the app is definitely the most user-friendly. If you are specifically looking for a flying camera, you won't do better than the P4 Pro.

DJI has set the standard in the quadcopter industry. The Phantom 4 Pro has an exceptional range of flight modes and the quality of the camera provides a great photo/video platform if you are beginner or professional photographer.

Does everything I expected it to do. Excellent video clarity.

Had a Phantom 4 upgrade to Phantom 4 Pro,seems to be better.

While it may not be compact like the all new Mavic the Phantom 4 Pro has an improved camera which makes all the difference. Fantastic picture quality in a small package. Must have for photographers looking for a new perspective

For A Videographer and Photographer, this is the way to go! Not only does this work for beginners but if your already a drone pilot, than this should be easy to use. This has an amazing camera with a outstanding night image.

I purchased a Phantom 4 Pro drone 4 weeks ago. I travel every week and just can't wait to get home on the weekend to fly my drone. It is too expensive but I hope to make some ROI with this when I retire in 1 year.
