The drone was easy to use but it malfunctioned after 4 days

If you are deciding between this and the smaller DJI pro drones, I would definitely choose this. It is heavier, which makes it less influenced by the wind. You have 60 FPS 4k, which looks sharp!

I bought this in fear I did not know what I was getting into and then after 10 or so flights I feel 110% completely satisfied with my purchase! Awesome drone and would recommend to anyone!

This is a great drone. Awesome photos and fun to use.

Battery dies just shy after 6 months and DJI and basically said oh well past warranty . Best Buy the same they pushed the blame to DJI . Spend this type of money and basically both companies don’t care . Won’t spend another dollar on either product or company.

I experienced problems where obstacle avoidance feature stopped sending warnings when flying close to trees. DJI fixed it under warranty and all is well. The 1", 20mp, camera provides much better photos than my older models. I couldn't be happier,

I have owned everything from the Phantom 1, to the S900 and Inspires, and now this. The P4P is my go to bird for about 90% of our projects and is a solid piece of equipment.

Yes, this has a hefty price tag but it is worth every penny. It does everything it is supposed to and although I was hesitant to spend that much, I am now glad I did.

The Phantom 4 pro has great photo capabilities. It handles rough air very well and is very easy to control. I would recommend this unit to any serious drone pilot.

My daughter rotc class has this one and it seemed fitting for her . The familiarity and the fact it will return to base is a supper feature... Needs updates!

After extensive review of available alternatives, I bought the DJI Phantom 4 Pro. I'm very satisfied with the product and with the purchase experiences at Best Buy.

I researched these for several days before settling on this one. Looked for better pricing but everyone was the same. I chose to buy from my local Best Buy store.

This is hands down the best drone on the market under $3k. Love the speed, stability, image quality, and all the intelligent flight mode. Tripod mode is great.

You'll be a happy camper after you purchase this bad boy. I couldn't be happier. yes I had to pay a little more than I wanted but it was worth the cost.

It’s amazing to use but the charger that came with it doesn’t work. I’ve only used it twice and now it no longer works so I can’t charge the batteries or controller and can’t use it to take photos and videos.
