I was extremely disappointed that the sales guy didn't show me the GoPro drone that wasn't in the drone aisle before talking me into this drone. The first one I got the gimbal didn't work and I'm nervous how long this one will last on the replacement.

I owned my DJI Phantom 4 Pro for 3 weeks before I had a black screen disconnect and it flew away. No resolution from DJI yet. For now I am out $1500 and no drone. I hope one of these two companies can make this right.

While this drone is awesome. There is no warrant in store. If you break it and cannot fix it, you must send it to DJI and that costs another fortune.

This is my second time buying one and same problem with both the main controller is always malfunctioning

Mystery indeed this thing just flew away one day. DJI have no reason but a 39%disvout on a replacement

The gimble that hold the camera is plastic, and has broke in flight in many cases causing loss off control some were able to save some total destruction. Dji does not make the piece to fix it yet because it is so new. To me if it's a known issue they should do a recall on product. 5yrs flight log with dji and not one incident, now there trying to find it to be any way they can as a operator error so they can charge you for the repairs necessary to their faulty expensive equipment. Mind you this is my profession, realestate, weddings, construction, etc...

We returned this because the app would not work. Must be a poor design on the app which you have to have to fly it. Disappointed.

The drone itself doesn't have any digital zoom but I could get over that I purchased dji refresh plan which is the insurance for the drone it malfunctioned crashed and has now been gone 3 weeks and the only response I can get is that it's close to shipping out and cannot be expidited also watch out for lie on the deductible as well for the wreckage dji had a chance to be the best in going to try yuneek next

Camera's gimble had problems after 6 days. I sent it back to company for repair and it's been 3 weeks haven't heard a thing. I spent 1,600 dollars and been treated like I bought a 2 dollar item. Very upset. I feel Best Buy should step in and either replace or refund. Way to much money to be treated this way!!

This is my 3rd DJI every time I do an update there is some issue with the drone, it takes too much time, money and effort to keep it working. My phantom 4 is at the DJI support center right now, because the camera sensor would not work after updating. Disappointed!!!

After recently getting into the hobby, I decided to invest in the Phantom Pro 4. I started with the Mavic Pro, but was not impressed with the video quality in comparison to my neighbors Phantom 3 Advanced. I returned the Mavic and purchased a used Phantom 3 4k, in error and then a used Phantom 3 Pro. I then decided that I wanted to invest in a new Phantom 4 Pro for piece of mind so I sold the Phantom 3 4k and 3 Pro. This was the best decision I could have made. The quality, reliability and stability of this Phantom 4 Pro drone blows all of the other ones out of the water. The out of the box automatic camera settings produce some of the best images I've ever seen. Playback of 4k footage on any high resolution screen is simply just amazing. I've been flying for a couple of months now and my best video shots are over large bodies of water. I have a lot of confidence in this drone. It took quite a bit of long distance land flights to get my nerve up for water flights, but now I have no hesitation about it, because I trust this drone. As long as you have common sense when flying, this drone will do everything it can to prevent you from crashing it. It's simply amazing and definitely money well spent. I would highly recommend this drone for anyone just getting into the hobby!

I shopped around and read reviews before finally settling on this drone. I believe that a made a great choice! This drone is easy to fly and has many great features. The obstacle avoidance system works great. I also love the camera! It will film 4K video that looks amazing on my 4K TV. For beginners, this drone allows you to set maximum speed as well as maximum distance and altitude. You can start out learning to fly in an open field and set these parameters so that the drone always stays within a predetermined boundary. I highly recommend this drone.

I had the Phantom 3 standard then I went and got the Phantom 4 that came with a defective battery that bestbuy replace the next day.Then after a week of reading reviews & doing my research I had to get the Phantom 4 PRO!!! The best choice I ever made!!! The pro is faster with more safety features(Obstacle sensing) & the camera it's as great as it can be... thanks Best Buy & DJI for a wonderful product & sales experience.
