It’s hard to imagine how cool this little guy is until you open it up and fly at everybody has the same reaction. It’s so tiny but has almost the same range as the Mavic

The only thing this drone lacks from the box is the controller that is sold seperately, its fun to fly, easy to use and quick to setup, definitely worth the price tag

This is a very nimble, easy to use and hi tech drone. If and when I upgrade, it'll be with the same company: DJI. Awesome product and it blows away the competition

I've been wanting a drone for a long time, but felt like I was priced out of the market... until I came across this one! It is so much fun to fly and really easy out of the box. I recommend downloading the software to your laptop and plugging the drone directly in to update it. It was much quicker then using the app! Good luck!

I wanted a drone that wasn't a toy and could take some aerial shots of my home and recreational photos. I did a little online research and the DJI Spark got consistently positive reviews for beginners who wanted to learn to fly a "real" drone that does more than simply challenge you to maintain its position in the air. I connected to my Android phone and though that seems convenient I will eventually be buying the DJI remote for my Spark. The reason I mention this is that with my phone I'm restricted in my speeds and my range. That being said the DJI Go 4 app works very well and is easy to use. The Spark uses multiple GPS signals with its built in GPS receiver to maintain its position while taking pictures and to also allow it to return home (RTH) when you want to end the flight or when the battery reaches critical low level. The first flights went well, I suggest researching various YouTube videos, start with DJI's videos and then look at productions by "Kloo Gee" and "jeven dovey" to begin with. They offer experience driven, common sense advice about important things you really need to know and how to drill down to understand them and fly your Spark safely and effectively and have a little fun at the same time and to also take pictures and videos worth watching while it's flying. I do want to say I've only taken 16 flights so far but I really enjoy my Spark. I've bought 2 spare batteries, an aftermarket landing gear and a basic case to organize all my gear. I have been flying in temperatures ranging from 25°F to 60°F, the low temperatures do affect battery life and I get flying times ranging from 9 to 13 minutes. The Spark weighs in at .66 lbs and as that's greater than .55 lbs you must register your Spark with the FAA prior to your first flight. Remember, line of sight flying only, 400' vertical limit and respecting no-fly zones and to inform airports within 5 miles that you'll be flying your drone within the mentioned limits. The control you have with this drone is incredible but remember to make sure you have GPS signal, otherwise you're flying at your own risk. There's a beginner mode that reduces your speed and range and unless you've flown before use it for the first few flights, after that, don't be afraid to leave beginner mode! My wife enjoys it too! The only thing I might have done differently is to have bought the Mavic Pro which given the fact it comes with a DJI remote and can fly faster and has more than twice the battery life of my Spark. I want to say that I'm not disappointed, just offering advice is all. Watch the YouTube videos, consider the "Flymore" package version of the Spark or the Mavic Pro but if you want fun, good pictures and video and enhanced flight modes, you can't do better than the Spark.

The DJI Spark is extremely simple to learn, it's intuitive and great for a beginner. The auto hover makes it easy to manipulate. There are a variety of control options. It does leave me wanting for more now that I've had it a few months. The battery life isn't great so I recommend loading up on batteries and the multibattery charger.

Based on information from my daughter, who recently obtained her drone pilots licence, this is the best entry level drone for the price

Very happy with this purchase. This drone is great for video and photo when you're shooting from a relatively short distance.

For the price the Spark is one of the best values in drones. It comes with a multitude of features. It is no where near the drone that new new mavic 2 is but its also 1/3 the price. Spark will go over a mile in good wifi conditions and records good video. The active track is iffy at best in this model. Flight time is also limited to about 12 minutes per battery.

Easy to fly, ok camera, portable and fits in tight places. Remote control is a must for maximum performance.

This little guy is super neat. Makes high technology available to everyone for a great price.

It's a great little drone and easy to maneuver. The only problem is getting everything to sync-up. By the time I get the drone/app/remote to all work together, the battery is half dead. When you put in a new battery, the process starts all over. Maybe after I've had this for a while it will all start to make more sense.

This Spark is such a great drone. I flew it in Hawaii and took AMAZING HD footage. Unfortunately, I didn't listen to my son and I flew it too close to the ocean. It's now on an adventure somewhere in the Pacific Ocean. But it's so fun to use that I bought another Spark.

The camera has amazing detail but only wish there was a manual on how to use it for recording rather than taking pictures.

Was a little difficult to start up, but nice to have a beginner mode until you learn to how to fly it. Video is great.
