I have had the Spark for 3 months, it is very easy to set up and fly well, video and picture are very good, i don't need 4K quality. It is small and portable. I recommend to get the propeller guards also.

try to be fair with this drone is good but to fly using your phone is very hard if not almost impossible... Best Buy does have an option to purchase the controller with other things but is over 200. I think if a drone is going to cost $400 should have the controller with it this doesn't which I paid attention before purchasing but I did purchase a controller from somewhere else... Best buy should offer a discount if you purchase the drone kit with the drone... I think it would be better and the the stars rating would be excellent

This $499 DJI Spark out of the box will give you the following results: Altitude of a max 161 feet and distance of 328 feet with a max speed of 7.5mph using the smartphone only. You will need to purchase the separate controller for $149 or the fly more combo for $699 in order to achieve the full capabilities of this drone. Also obstacle avoidance will stop the drone in its place, it will not maneuver around tree branches and you'll have to move the drone to continue. Bottom line... solid built drone, but felt misled by advertising on what I was actually getting out of this box. Save yourself a headache and some money by just buying the fly more combo or check into a cheaper alternative.

This droid is easy to use and had features you would expect only high end drones would have. It is a good idea to get an extra battery as the flight times are less than 20 min per charge.

Purchased this as part of an entry level aerial photography startup initiative. It's exceptionally small size provides for some serious ease of use when transporting it from site to site. The average battery life seems to run about 12-14 minutes, depending on conditions and how hard it's being flow. Due to its smaller size, and lower top speed, it does not do well in high wind conditions. A recent trip to an oceanfront area with high winds made this drone almost unusable. Effective range was limited to just a couple hundred meters, otherwise the battery would have died before successfully returning home.

Can't believe that suck a little drone can take the picture it does. Really easy to fly. Ended up buying the controller for it.

Really nice drone. Takes great pictures. Follows you around and that’s pretty neat. It’s in the rainy season so I can’t say much but I like it so far.

The DJI Spark is hands down, one of the best quad drones on the market for the monies! You really need the remote controls to really enjoy the experience

Couldn't believe how stable this was for an entry level drone. It's so easy to fly, that my grandchildren 6 & 8 learned how to fly it within minutes.

I am very satisfied with the drone. It is small and with controller it has an excellent range. I am impressed and will be happy with it for a long while.

This is my first real drone have had other cheap ones. This is by far the easiest flying drone I have ever used. Great for taking photos and video is 1080p.

I love this little guy. It’s fast accurate and shoots awesome videos. For the money it’s all bang for your buck. Easy to fly too.

It is exactly as described. It works! The video is beautiful, the drone is very stable and even the gestures, when done properly, mostly work.

The amount of money I wasted on toy drones (those that can't fly in wind, near trees, too high or basically anywhere outside of your living room) I could have bought a few Sparks. If you're done with the frustration of spending 70 to 100 bucks on a toy that gets destroyed in a week, consider investing in a Spark that will let you appreciate technology and some idiot proof settings, plus take some sweet videos and stills.

Very stable and fun to fly. The image isn’t as stable as the larger models but quality is still impressive for this little drone.

This thing is unrealistic. It’s like flying a mini computerized camera kinda. The drone has amazing range and photos. Love Dji.
