Impressed with all of my appliance installation (refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and gas oven/range. The only thing I was unimpressed by was that the store advertised free install for my Bosch dishwasher and it was merely putting it in place rather than getting it hooked up.

The installer was really great. After getting a new kitchen, I was unable to open a drawer with the dishwasher closed due to the handle (unless dishwasher door was open). The installer made adjustments and moved the drawer front slightly to accommodate the handle. Really appreciated his efforts.

The first dishwasher that was delivered was missing the top cover, so the guys installed it since we could still use it and put in the order for a replacement. They came with the new one and uninstalled the old one with ease. They were super fast and very professional.

I thought a long time before purchasing this and think that the result was worth the wait. I recommend anyone looking for these types of products purchases as I fit it was a good decision and a good product well worth the money spent. Enjoy it very much

The uninstall & dishwasher removal team was the same as the install team. Did a competent job - no delay in connecting new device. A suggestion: with appliances, ask if the same team that installs can also disconnect & remove old device - saves time & interruption.

What do you do with an old dishwasher? Not designed to fit in the back of the SUV and no calling to arrange for special trash pickup; having the Geek Squad guys haul away our old unit was great. No risk of damage to me or my surroundings. Worth every one of the 1500 pennies!

My new microwave proved to be very difficult to see the numbers and writing on keypad so I had to exchange it. The technician removed it and installed a different brand microwave. No hassle........excellent and efficient service.

We selected the white dishwasher but after it was installed we decided that it didn't match white cabinets so we swapped for a SS Bosch unit. Best Buy swapped for only the difference in unit price with no additional installation charges. BEST BUY is wonderful.

As I don't understand why a review on an UNINSTALL is even an option, I must say the man who removed my old ovens and the "first" newly installed ones was super super polite and nice. After receiving the THIRD crooked ovens, I was told at the store another double ovens (the FOURTH ONES) are going to be delivered by professional installers because the company they previously used were "FRIDGE GUYS" and they don't know how to handle/install the ovens. I was told at the store they have sold a bunch of ovens like mine and never had a problem... still waiting. Bought them in June, it's August and still don't have a working bottom oven (see picture - no power) and the ovens are crooked. But.. the removal??? Yeah, the "removals" were fine!

Stainless interior is much better for quiet. Our old DW left no question it was on. Our new one you are not so sure till you are right next to it. Gave it 4 stars because the first one had issues with the door latching and it shutting off or withwater on the floor

The team at geek squad not only removed my old dishwasher effectively, but noted several problems with the original installation and immediately went to work to ensure the installation of the new dishwasher would be trouble free. Great work!

Honest exchange and let us know the first dishwasher was installed correctly. He recommended we stay with the type we had. We had already exchanged it for a bad product. It was too late. He did a great job though.

My new KitchenAid Refrigerator was delivered with a small dent in the right side front door. The Geek Squad replaced the door as soon as they were able to get a new door in stock. The installation went well and it was repaired in a timely manner.

The first dishwasher had a manufacturer defect, and they had to swap it out. The guys that came to the house were great, but again the support team that handled scheduling was somewhat problematic. But eventually all was taken care of.

My first microwave came damaged, but they let me keep and use it until the replacement arrived. Since it was the same unit, the installer only needed to remove the damaged one and slip in the replacement. All took less than 5 minutes.

Eliseo and Josh removed a microwave that was defective and installed its replacement with speed and expertise and attention to detail. Not only did it work beautifully, but they even set the time and demonstrated its use. Great job!

This was an exchange of another KitchenAid machine which did not fit and when they finally got the order written correctly it was done quickly and very efficient and the replacement machine installed. In and out with both machines in less than 30 minutes.

My brand new dish washer came defected. But Best Buy took care of it promptly. It's bit inconvenient for us but Eventually we got the replacement and Best Buy customer support is best. The installation technician was nice enough to show us how it works

Installed 3 appliances with no issues an took my old ones away. They were all very professional an on time. I would use Best Buy again for this . Was not pricey either compared to other places

Out of the three appliances I purchased one was defective. There were also some other problems we don't need to get into. the reason for that is. it was all taken care of so professionally. Best buys geek squad customer service is amazing.
