The guys were great! The knew we were on a time crunch and came to our home before their normal morning started. They removed the old refrigerator and installed the new Samsung quickly, smoothly, and cleaned up before they left! Five Stars!

Kitchenaid cleans fantastic. Kitchenaid has heated dry, the dishes come out dry. The dishwasher we returned had great ratings, but did not dry the dishes. The Bosch we had did not dry any thing. Every dish had to be dried.

We initially purchased a new microwave that only opened a few inches due to door swing several inches outside the width of the unit. Cory M removed it without difficulty and installed our new purchase which was a different brand.

I wanted to review the installers you guys sent out but some how that email got deleted. Is there any chance you can send another one out because I don't ever want this person to come out again. He had no clue what he was doing.

Appliances were great and uninstall and installation went softly except the dishwasher that was exchanged and the fridge did not fit due to my measurement problem. The space was modified and it fit like a glive.

Terrible communication within the company. I was told a delivery date the day before. I had told them that I was only available on a Friday or Saturday. Before that I was told a different date. Every case manager assured me that they would follow up. No one did. I received voice messages saying the delivery was happening one day. I even got a call from the plumber who was going to remove the broken gas stove and install the new gas stove. The morning if the delivery he called and said the stove was not at the warehouse. And the first stove had to be removed as it had a gas leak. It was a terrible experience.

I purchased Bosch since it was supposed to be the best. The 1st unit installed i beileve was a install problem and not the unit but BB replaced the complete unit and is now working great... Had to take off work twice for this....

First installation team realized that the new dishwasher was damaged. They installed so I wasn't without a dishwasher, as we waited for the new one. This team removed first one and reinstalled the 2nd, nondamaged, dishwasher!

The guys at geek guickly removed the electric range and refrigerator the first day and set the refrigerator in the garage immediately. The second time at my they removed the disherwasher the same way quick and efficient.

It took some days to schedule but the team came ontime , they were fast. They were supposed to unistqll old dishwasher and install the new one but due to poor electrical outlet they had to come again. Very professional .

Rick, who was contracted by Best Buy in uninstall my old dishwasher and install my new one is great. He is very knowledgeable and used some trick of the trade to get the washer to fit the very tight space I had to work with.

I had the most wonderful, most competent, uninstall of a defective dryer, and reinstall of new. So thankful. He was careful of my walls, floors, etc, when he left there was nothing to clean. So awesome.

Delivery of refrigerator with disconnect and reconnect went without hitch. Crew very interested in my needs and doing the proper job. Balanced and aligned unit to my satisfaction. Clearly took pride in their work.

We like our Samsung appliances, but the one thing we didn't think about was the light in the refrigerator is at the back so when you have a packed refrigerator, it's dark because the light is blocked by the food.

Had double ovens replaced due to a faulty burn element in the lower. The install guys showed up early and took only about 25 minutest to get the old out and the new in. Looks great and they were professional

This dishwasher is extremely quiet...it's hard to tell when it is running. You can check the front of the dishwasher, tho,to see where it is in the process. It also has a "ding" when it is completely thru. I think because the interior is stainless steel, that makes it harder to get the dishes dry. When I open the door, the inside of the door is soaking wet. I do love the additional third level at the top of the dishwasher. It's where I put my wooden spoons, measuring spoons, tops, etc. It's quite handy. I only recommend this with reservations because of the drying problem.

Team arrived on time and were very professional in their process - knew exactly what they were doing - cleaned up after the job and hauled everything away - fast, friendly & professional - Great Job!

I am very pleased with the equipment and the installation team that installed them in my home. I am also very pleased with the store staff who assisted me with the purchase of the equipment.

The team had to come and uninstall a new dryer that I had delivered just weeks before. They were quick and efficient. They were courteous. This part of the process was hassle-free.

GCS was the third attempt delivery and Uninstaller and they were the best. They were professional,pleasant and tidy Pete and Oneill were top notch.
