We ordered a Samsung product that would not fit and the Geek Squad returned it. They were professional and very courteous.

When we bought that new oven and the old one had to come out the technician was very professional and gave me tips on maximizing the new oven as well.

Loved the microwave unfortunately it was infested with spiders from the warehouse after two attempts I had to just get a refund and purchase somewhere else

Works great, looks good! Although this is a second choice (First choice would not fit.), I am very happy with my Whirlpool low profile microwave.

made it easy- I travel and had them do this while I was out of town, took care of uninstall old and add new :)

The installers uninstalled my gas dryer to bring in the new one. It was quick, they properly shut off the gas, hauled out the dryer in a matter of 5 minutes.
