The gentleman who removed the defective dishwasher did a great job. Too bad regular Best Buy Geek Squad Techs are not close to being as good.

My new microwave broke and could not be fixed at my house because I was too far away. I was given another free of charge and is working great.

My mistake was buying a dishwasher with European specs. I believe the Best Buy sales person should have said something. The install was done well, but the installer took our old dishwasher without our permission. I specifically stated to the sales person that I wanted to keep the current dishwasher, and did not pay for its disposal. Our 2 year old dishwasher was ultimately returned, with a small dent and big chip in the door, of course. Not happy.

The service people were on time and cautious. The appliance was removed and taken away as promised.

Even though they had to come back a second time, they did and eventually installed it correctly and figured out the situation.
