started out great, nice salesman, starting with selling us a Best Buy credit card to get 10% off only to find out the 10% comes in the form of 'rewards' you have to spend at the store! Then at every turn there was a misstep on Best Buy's part, from scheduling delivery to faulty appliances needing replacing, - never again wil I buy there(until I've purchased what I don't need with my rewards dollars) Run from Best Buy

I purchased a product that was defective but, Best Buy handled the uninstall perfectly with no charge. No hassles at all!

The Geek Squad to to come and uninstall damaged washer. Fast service plus they cleaned up the excess water from the original washer.
