Got it on a deal for 15 bucks around Thanksgiving 2019. It’s a good game graphically works well haven’t experienced any bugs or glitches runs smooth. I’ve been using the aim controller to play the controller scheme is just all right. I’ve put in maybe 2hrs honestly I was drinking and just jumpin from game to game. It’s just another game to play really nothing amazing here if you get it on sale great I’d recommend but if not there’s better deals out there if your on a budget I’d recommend watching a review to see the gameplay.

If you liked Doom 2016 and have a PSVR then you owe it to yourself to try this. You don't run around like in the non-VR game. You teleport from one spot to another to minimize getting VR sickness. At first I thought this would reduce the amount of fun I would have but that was not the case. I have really enjoyed killing demon spawn with all the guns available in the original game.

Good game, it worked well with VR with some very minor bugs that worked themselves out. The game also worked great with the aim controller and doesn't require that much space to play. I was able to complete the game and collect all things in two days with extended play sessions.This game is basically a VR playlist of all the memorable areas from DOOM 2016, it does have a story but just like DOOM it's in the background and the gameplay is front and center. A nice addition is classic levels from original DOOM and DOOM 2 in VR, like those found in DOOM 2016. Overall a solid VR title to play.

The graphics are amazing for the vr and game play is solid. Only complaint is the option to move/jump forward creates a lag which in this game is critical to moving in order to survive. Other than that loved the game

Picked this up on the cheap wasn't expecting much until i played this with the PSVR farpoint gun attachment. It's pretty awesome, a few bugs and glitches it's not perfect. But it's a good add on to the VR collection.

I finally had a chance to play this after installing it the other day and it is so much fun. It's just a extension, somewhat, of the most recent DOOM. I was skeptical of the teleportation suit system but it is so fun. Shoot a demon into a staggered state, then telefrag into them and reap the health/ammo rewards. The beginning of the story is kind of cheesy, but come on it's DOOM. Keep moving, keep shooting, keep staying alive.

First game I played for the ps vr, great experience took some time getting use to but man once I did it was a blast also had a great time using the aim controller with it

It looks pretty, the battling is intense, the VR is amazing to see, BUT, the motion of the character leaves much to be desired when weighed against the nauseating lurching going on. Maybe I haven't found the setting to allow it, but you either teleport all over the place or you blink to a new spot with the +pad. The turning is either segmental (read that as 1/8 turn per click) or dizzyingly fast despite setting it down to 5% sensitivity. Do NOT Stand when playing this game.

First off its a vr game that is a new tech still improving so it will get better good start good price

From what I’ve played of it, it’s pretty good.im sure that as I would have plunged deeper into the game, I would have been completely taken by it.unfortunately I suffer from motion sickness lol.psvr is a very good and Emersive experience, but I’m just not cut out for it.i can’t sit on a game like Doom VFR, for more then 7 minutes tops.i get extremely nautious.i literally start to feel my stomach preparing to erupt as I’m forcing myself to tough it out and play through it anyway.the teleportation system honestly eases the experience for me, but the restriction of regular movement can be frustrating.when changing the settings to regular movement though, I go from extremely happy, to maybe this isn’t such a good idea after all, within a matter of about 4 minutes.i decided to give it all up and just hand my entire vr set over to my cousin.so far he enjoys it.havent heard any complaints from him regarding motion sickness.that haven been said, this is a good game, if you can stomach it lol

Doom is Doom and the VR version docent change that. This game has great graphics and story line but when using the AIM controller the controls are difficult to get use to. THIS GAME IS VERY HARD!!!!

This game is a great VR experience, especially with the Aim controller. Once you get acclimated to the controls, this is an amazing and immersive DOOM experience. Although it’s technically a shorter game, the price is fair and reflects that, and it’s fairly replayable for shooter fans.

If you are a fan of the Doom series then you definitely need to pick this up and I highly recommend using the aim controller over the wands or regular controller. You can only teleport with the wands so with the aim controller you can move fluently without jumping around.

A great game! It feels like you are in the Doom universe with the VR. A lot of Fun!

This is an intense game. At first I thought the game was going to be a struggle because of the default movement controls but after some setting changes this games is probably my favorite vr game currently. You cannot deny that kickass soundtrack.

If you like the original Doom by ID Software, prepare to be blown away! If you have PlayStation VR... GET THIS GAME !!!

If you love the fast paced action of the recent Doom games you'll enjoy this, as long as you're willing to compromise with the controls. The DualShock 4 is the best way to go but the least immersive. If you have access to move controllers you can use those two but just be prepared for lots of teleporting, which can make you feel dizzy sometimes. This game is also compatible with the AIM controller.

Still trying to figure it out controls a little wonky the graphics and the gameplay seems very nice and fresh get you into the game

I previously played and finished this game on the PS4 in the standard format. Having purchased the PSVR earlier this year, I was waiting for a good deal on this game. I've played the first couple levels so far, and it is a ton of fun. The enemies are completely in your face, and the VR aspect adds so much to the gameplay. This game doesn't seem to make me feel sick when playing so far.
