The installation of our new oven and microwave was done by a two persons team that was very quickly done and now works perfectly. We love the black color and the ease of maintenance of it. It updates our kitchen significantly. It was well worth the cost to upgrade our kitchen.

good - came on time but clean up was lacking a little - no worries for it was easy and we were happy to get it installed so quickly.

The installation of my new LG Wall Oven/Microwave was very seamless. The installers were very nice and very careful with the install. They wound up having to cut the cabinet in order to fit the new oven in. But they explained the need and were very clear in explaining the additional cost to do so.

So far, everything is working well. We had JennAir products in the past without any issues (25 years old) and they were still working when we recently replaced them. Our salesperson Newton did a FANTASTIC job through the whole process....

This oven fit snugly in my previous oven space and works as expected. My previous oven was 25 years old and did not vent into the kitchen. Apparently the new designs vent forward creating a hot zone in the kitchen that is undesirable after cooking. Aside from that the oven performs well and looks nice

Awesome service from the installer. Very informed and after he installed my ovens he explained to me particularities of the ovens. I was so impressed. He also noticed my other appliances and gave me instructions on how to maintain them as well. He really went the extra mile.

Installation was flawless. The men that did the install were very knowledgeable and professional. They were efficient and they were very conscientious of my home. I highly recommend them and will indeed use them again for future projects.

Very nice personnel. It is contracted out. They were quick and easy. Had paid BB for the install. However, had to pay extra (and provide the wood) for the install to mount correctly; so don't really know what I paid BB for. Unit came damaged, but since they weren't BB they couldn't inform the company directly - we had to do that. BB sent a 2nd install team to review the install/damage, which ended up being the original guys - so they knew the problem and didn't know why they were there again.

Best installation service ever. Tim Robinson went out of his way to solve a power supply issue and get our appliance installed. I would not hesitate to use his services again. Everyone we dealt with was extremely helpful and resourceful. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 7/30/2021

We had to wait for the ovens to be installed. But they are the most awesome thing ever! I’m in love with a side swing doors . Once we saw that oven, nothing else would do. It’s a dream to cook with. We’ve had them for a couple months now.

I love our new black stainless Whirlpool double wall oven. We use it pretty much every day. It doesn’t take long to preheat and bakes very evenly. Having three racks in each oven is wonderful. So is having convection in both. And it looks great in my kitchen.

Oven was beautiful. Installation time was excellent. Friendly installers and a very professional job. I am very satisfied and the best price I could find on the net. From the time I bought it online to the installation time, it was 6 days. No wrinkles or problems at all. My wife is enthused about cooking again.

Really excellent service. The installer removed our old oven. The new one was a tad larger and he was able to make the cabinet opening a bit wider. He was on time and called before he showed up. He was very friendly and the oven was installed correctly and quickly. Would use again.

We had to do some modifications to the cabinet to make the new oven work but GE does have a reimbursement program so they'll reimburse us for the $250 that we have to spend to have it installed

My installers were courteous and on time. I was not happy when first installed there was a gap between the oven and cabinets. I stated this was unacceptable and they worked to find an acceptable solution.

Installation done by experienced, friendly technicians. They followed all safety protocols, provided detailed instructions on how to operate my appliance, removed the old appliance and cleaned up afterwards. A great experience and will definitely use this service again.

the two guys showed up on time, made the adjustment to the opening as needed, installed the new oven and initiated the start up process. They were clean, efficient and very professional. I appreciated their friendliness.

Could not have been happier with the installation service provided. Installer was neat, careful and made sure the installation was perfect. He even corrected the junction box and poor wiring from our previous oven installation. Highly recommend Best Buy installation service.

Thé double wall oven was bigger than the space for it , so double check your measurement , they had to cut to make fit but it look nice at the end
