The crew that came to install my product knew exactly what they were doing and had no issues. Everything didn't fit perfect but they adjusted what needed to be done for everything to be correct. Great service.

Even though I prepaid to measure the cabinet. Once the double wall oven was installed. Installers had to trim the cabinet in order for the unit to fit. Best Buy might consider sharing more unit dimensions with their installers.

The new Double Oven is a wonderful Appliance. We should have made the switch long ago as the old GE was just not heating as it should.
