Had a double wall oven installed under extended warranty through Geek Squad as a replacement for the identical oven which we purchased from Best Buy four years earlier after same part on old oven failed three times. The installation itself went fine. However, I deducted one star because after confirming the date and time when the oven was going to be installed, the company cancelled the appointment without giving us any notice (i.e., they just failed to show up).

We had to have a second installation appointment after calling to ask if either junction box or outlet needed. Once reassured that the installers could use the electrical whips and installers arrived to reject the electrical setup. Second time i had my contractor there and he helped with grounding and lowering oven to fit. So advise care when installing as some things on spec do not explain what is required in reality.

The installation was a long time coming but they did what they were supposed to do when they got here. It went smoother because I am somewhat knowledgeable in home repair. The installers got here before me and scared the crud out of my wife that they were probably not going to be able complete the project as the electrical box was done 2 inches right of where it should’ve been. They proposed a solution that involves cutting the back of our cabinetry. I got home, approved the cuts and they were done quickly.

The guys were polite, respectful and willing to do what it took to install the double wall oven. Their challenge was that we weren't not 100% prepared with the exact opening. The new oven is about 6 inches short than the one it replaced. We needed to build a platform for the new oven prior to installation and weren't able to make that happen in time. Now we're left with a 6" gap on the top of the oven and will need to fix at a later date.

Over many years I have had professionals install various appliances and do work in my home. With few exceptions they did the job well and I was happy. But the installation of my new Cafe Double Wall Oven was truly at another level. The two men were knowledgeable, friendly, fast, and fastidious. The finished installation was perfect and they hauled away the old oven. I could not have been more pleased. As a direct result, I just bought an induction range top from Best Buy - choosing Best Buy over other sellers because I believe that I am assured of excellent service.

Installation was fantastic. Logistically it was odd that I had to have 2 separate orders - 1 to install the new oven, and another to pickup the old oven. The pickup team to pickup the old oven came first and was expecting that the new oven had already been installed - which it hadn't. The install team came a few hours later and installed the new and hauled away the old oven. Improvement opportunity to make that pickup/install timeline better?

The installers did a good job installing the oven. There was an additional $100 charge as they had to modify the enclosure to fit the oven. This wasn't their fault, but for this item or any other that has tight tolerances, the installation instructions should have provided better information on what is needed. I had the chance to get the cabinet built to fit, but the product description was not clear as to installation requirements.

Initially, when we were considering the purchase and installation of the double oven, we were told the installation cost was included, and additional alterations to our kitchen cabinet, would cost us an extra $100.00 ... however when the day came to install the ovens, which we had already purchased ... we were charged $400.00. The two guys who charged us and performed the installation, were very friendly, and they did a good job.

About a week after we purchased the oven, the installation company sent a team to measure the space. They partially removed the old oven, measured the opening, checked the electrical connections, and confirmed that no modifications would be needed to fit the new one in. I very much appreciated this extra step. The installation team delivered the new oven and removed the old. They were quick, efficient, and careful. They protected the floors and cabinet, tested the oven, and cleaned up at the end. I was given an overview of the oven's functions and how to take care of it.

Currently we are in the middle of a kitchen remodel. We purchased a Maytag Dishwasher, Kitchen Aid wall oven/micro wave combo and a Samsung Refrigerator. We are not to the point to setup any of these at this time. We are however using the Samsung refrigerator and we love everything about it. When all the appliances have been installed, I will return to make a better review. I would like to take this opportunity again for a shout out for our salesman Joseph Schacher at the Cascade Station. He is the best. Always keeping an eye on our deliveries and orders. Thanks Joe

We have used this micro/oven wall unit for about 8 days. This unit replaced a 30 year-old one (microwave died and oven heating element was sending sparks). Am pleased with the design of the unit. Higher tech, of course, than previous unit. Clean lines and appears high end. The microwave has been used about 50 times. Timer and other controls are easy to use. Used broiler once. Did not come with broiler pan and grill set, but can be ordered. Have used oven about 4 times. Controls, again, are easy to use. Some reviewers complained that microwave timer could not be set for less than one minute. NOT TRUE. Read manual on how to use this timer. Timer can be set for minutes and/or seconds. Some reviewers complained that timer buzzers could not be heard. NOT TRUE. Read manual on how to set timers on low or high sound! We like our new unit! Recommend.

This is a basic installation service by a contracted company. Techs were nice, but I had to reschedule and do quite a bit of prework in order for them to complete the installation. I would also recommend you have someone around to be sure things are completed to your satisfaction. In the end, it was finally completed.

Oven control panel was 1/8" too high to fit without blocking the cabinet above!! The installers for an extra fee lowered the platform the oven sits on-Took them a lot longer than they expected. Made quite a mess with construction dust on everything and a small gouge in the cabinet when they were through, but a really tough job and I did not have to return the oven due to their valiant efforts!!

Good crew, the biggest problem is not the crew, but the people scheduling this crew. First, the delivery was delayed multiple times (no fault of the install crew). We did not know what to expect as the delivery was usually cancelled at the last minute by Best Buy. The crew actually came a lot earlier on the day of install than scheduled, which can also be a problem.

A bit difficult to schedule. Make sure you consider if the old oven needs to be removed first, then any electrical or cabinet adjustments complete, and finally the install. Try to schedule each on a separate order: delivery, haul away, then installation. That way you can reschedule each through the website without having to go through customer support.

My installers Nick and Dave went above and beyond . The recommended cutout depth of 24" apparently doesn't accommodate for the cord in the back (at least, for the location of my outlet) . Which meant they had to make several attempts - lifting oven in and out, making series of small modifications to the cabinet , all in all which took at least a couple of hours. It hurt my back just to watch them. I really appreciate their persistence and courteous manner throughout what was obviously an extremely difficult task . I was afraid they would have to give up and I would be without an oven for the holidays, but they succeeded. I strongly recommend their service!

At first, I didn’t think I would like this oven because it’s blue on the inside and thought you would be able to see it with the door closed. I was pleasantly surprised that the blue wasn’t visible. Actually the blue coating makes the oven easy to wipe clean. This oven has a lot of features. The one feature I like the most is the rapid preheat. No more waiting 15-20 minutes for the oven to reach the desired temperature. Caution, when using the self clean feature, take out all the racks or else they will discolor during the cleaning process.

It's a beautiful oven, has some great Smart features. I am not used to the "convection" cooking, so it's nice that I could just use regular baking until I do. But when I did, the oven converts the regular bake into the convection bake, so the Smart oven is really smart. With the convection everything cooks so evenly now - even when using both racks. BTW, the slide out rack is nice to have too. This one also comes with a grill, steamer and baking stone. The wifi goes out alot, but then I don't really use that. The timer alert is too quiet, wish I could increase the volume.

The 2 man crew that installed the oven was very nice and careful during the removal of the old oven and during installation of the new oven. The weather was bad on the day of the installation which caused them to be later than expected but they called and kept us informed during the entire trip. They were also very careful with our flooring as to not scratch it up during the process. I would welcome them back for any other installations!

We were called ahead of the designated arrival time for the appointment, given the names of the techs, and the fact that they would follow covid safety protocol. They removed the old double oven, and discovered that the cabinet dimensions would have to be enlarged to fit the new one. We were given the option of returning the new one or paying the cut fee to finish the installation. We opted for the latter, since we had such a great deal from BestBuy in the first place, and it was installed without further complication an hour later. Clean-up was quick and complete. Very satisfied with this installation!
