Kitchenaid built-in microwave combo is outstanding. Many great features in both oven and microwave. Appreciate that extra components came with microwave to use it as a broiler, convection oven or steam cooker. Installers delivered product an hour ahead of schedule on New Years Eve. They were extremely polite and courteous.. Even though it was cold with wet/snow spots in the garage they insisted on taking off their shoes to carry in my new oven combo and carry out any packaging and debris when done. They were efficient and thorough. I was truly impressed!

The product was purchased sight unseen. The store was in lock down. Salesman Peter did a great job answering my questions regarding the product. The shipment was made on time and went well. The Premier Logistics Company delivered and installed the product. This oven looks beautiful in my kitchen. It has some very nice features like racks that slide in and out easily. It also has an easier way to keep the oven clean. I am very pleased with my purchase. Humberto from the Geek Squad did a great job assisting me by answering all my questions. He is an asset to your company.

So aside from them arriving four hours late (8pm). The installers were very professional. And installed double walled oven with no issues. Even showed us how to use-the basics. Would recommend, other than just don't count on the arrival time given. Would have been five stars, if they had been on timed, or even called to advise running behind.

We have really struggled with our delivery and installation of all of the appliances that we purchased - in excess of $8000. While I feel that Best Buy is doing a great job handling the COVID challenges, the local store handling of the service appointments has made things more difficult. It took 3 attempts to get someone here to complete the job Jared has been excellent ! He is very professional and knowledgeable and also takes the time to talk you through questions. I love my new kitchen, and Jared has made it worth the 10 weeks wait. Highly commended and recommended

Premier Logistics' Alfredo and David were very professional installers. They had us inspect the oven before they brought it into the house. We really appreciated that. They then brought in covering to protect our hardwood floors and were very careful not to damage anything in our home. They were very nice and great communicators. They always kept us informed during the whole installation process. They tested the oven and showed us how to use it before departing. You're in good hands if Alfredo and David are the installers for your project.

My existing wall oven & microwave were 2 separate units with the microwave in a separate compartment right above the single wall oven, so the installer had to modify the cabinet for this one-piece combo unit. He did a fantastic job, which included rerouting the electric. Since this combo unit didn't take up as much cabinet space, he ordered a filler panel for a small open space at the bottom of the cabinet and returned about a week later to install it. There was an additional $400 charge to modify the cabinet but GE has a "Fit Guarantee" promotion and they will give you a rebate up to $300 for cabinet modification, if needed. I've applied for that rebate but it takes up to 10 weeks to receive it.

Helped out by having a preinstallation measurement by same person who does installation, so he knew how it would really fit, and what minor carpentry we would have to do before installation. Arrived to install the oven when they said they would and were done in about an hour. They were conscientious in making sure that floor and walls weren't damaged, and made sure it worked. (They didn't give any demonstration on how to use the oven, but as he explained, there are many different models, they don't have a way to know how all of them operate, so best not to guess.) Did a good job -- the oven looks great. Overall very satisfied.

The team who came to install my double oven were AMAZING. They had not been informed that they would need to adjust the cabinet opening, but immediately reassured me that they could and would do the work. The made as little mess as possible, and cleaned up when they were done. They also took the time to tell me some features of the ovens, and made sure that they were working. They also completed the haul-away of the old ovens for us.

Does the job. Works well but not as nice as our old Maytag. Unfortunately our space is limited to 24 inches and there are only 2 or 3 ovens available in that size. The better oven was almost 50% more. If we could have a 27 or 30 inch oven would be better but that would mean major renovations to the cabinets/stove etc.

My oven was installed properly with the utmost professionalism by Tyrone. This vendor who does installation work for Best Buy (not sure the company Tyrone works for) has installed two appliances in our home in the last couple of years. Tyrone and his sister/business partner have been to our home many times, as our new dishwasher had to be replaced due to continued malfunctions. Tyrone and his sister are the BEST! Professional, courteous, and very kind. My installations have been on point each time.

We had salesman from bestbuy measure said it would fit, did not,did not come on the day scheduled waited 6 hours then after I called the salesman the insulation company called to say they would come the next day! I have spent $10,000 at this store since January, you would think they would appreciate my business! Happy with oven just not the way we were treated! Madison west store

arrived on time had proper protective gear. Told me the measurements were not exactly correct and they had to caulk the cook top in place. He mentioned I could order a steel frame for it for an additional price to make it more stable. I said I would think about it. The servicemen were very polite.

We ordered the GE double oven to replace the one we had. The first one that was delivered, had a damage that could not be fixed so they delivered the second one. It works well and is easy to keep clean. I have to learn how to use the convection oven on the bottom. I am enjoying the oven and all the options it offers. I would happily recommend it. I also like that Best Buy uses installers who are veterans. I was satisfied with both installers.

The double oven physically fit the space, but barely. The previous oven had connected through a junction box beneath the oven. The new oven's power cable exited the top of the oven so the junction box had to be moved with somd problem solving involved. The installers took more time than they usually would have had to and got the job done. Pleased to finally have our ovens installed.

Best Buy was able to arrange installation the same week. A pair of brothers came out, local guys, installed the new oven, removed the old one, in less then an hour. Haven’t had any issues, they did a great job, friendly, clean, and professional. Completely worth the price of installation. I likely could’ve done it myself, but not that quick, not that cleanly, and I would’ve had to arrange help to remove and install.

Our installers sent by Best Buy were a great team. They were professional and thorough. We encountered challenges fitting the oven into the existing cabinet, but they didn't question it, they worked with me to find the solution and then did what was needed to finish the job. They did this all with a smile and attention to detail. What a great experience, thank you!

THis oven is incredible. The ability to connect to WiFi and start up when you are not home is such a game changer, as well as control by Alexa. So fun to use and so easy to set. Overall the convection is really good and the unit cooks so darn well. THe pull out shelf is so nice and having 2 ovens makes for a great kitchen experience. The finish is my favorite of all finishes on products, and I have the microwave as well. It looks great. I love this and its abilities.

I purchased a 30 inch GE Profile wall oven/microwave combo to replace the old unit that no longer worked. The old oven was easily removed and the new oven installed without any need for modification to the wall opening. The installers were very professional and knew exactly what needed to be done to make this a pleasant experience. They were able to answer all of my questions and to explain how to operate some of the oven functions. Thank you Geek Squad!

Overall the installation of our double oven was great. They had to uninstall the old oven and reinstall the new one. Unfortunately the new oven was about one inch wider than the old one. The installer gave us the choice to have a carpenter come make the cut or he could make the cut. I had to assume that if we had a carpenter come in that the installation would be delayed until a later date. We chose to have him make the alteration. Because of the existing countertop on one side of the oven, the existing opening had to be widened on one side. So only one cut had to be made. The installer made the cut and and the oven was installed with no more problems. The cost to make that one cut was $160. We felt like we were being taken advantage of. On one hand we could have someone else do the cut and delay the installation or on the other hand we could pay an additional $160 and have the installation completed. We had already paid for installation and felt like the additional $160 was excessive.

We recently replaced a two piece built in microwave and oven with a one piece, Samsung, WiFi-enabled wall oven. The installation was meticulous and the installers very professional. As part of the installation, they used stained and finished wood that was located between the two old units to craft a filler board for a gap under the new oven. When they were completed, the the woodwork and installation appeared as if it was done by the cabinet makers for the home.
